Review Carl's Jr. - Cranbourne

Carl's Jr Cranbourne isn't a bad place to grab a feed at all, for a fast food Restaurant it's pretty good, I Recommend eating in just incase there is a mistake with your order plus the Drinks are refillable.

It’s fair to say on the surface I was pretty excited but the end result was pretty underwhelming. When you look at the photos on the board and then have a look at the photos of attached to clear case of nothing looks like it really looks. I mean seriously that little loan Mossley piece of tomato on a broken bit of iceberg lettuce and a scrap of onion and what looks like a broiled bit of meat it really isn’t much chop, even though you look at the board and all the burgers look juicy and delicious. One upside of the thick shakes all the milkshakes they’re very good flavour profile and taste delicious and a really nice that’s a big win and the funky fries have nice seasoning on them they’re delicious too. The way the hamburger was put together is not by mistake these people know how many pieces of lettuce and tomato you’re allowed to put on a burger and clearly they’ve been told to put very little on them so I put the blame on the company itself.

We dined outside so we could have our dog with us. Ordered at the counter then the food was delivered to our table. Very friendly and helpful staff. Always enjoy the free drink refills. Toilets were clean and acceptable.

Well I have been looking forward to visiting Carl's Jr. Finally got chance today. Food looks great and could not wait to order, unfortunately, I did. Stood at counter for about 10 mins (only customer in store), being ignored by the two staff members filling sauce containers. So took some photos etc. Finally someone noticed me. I ordered a Western bacon burger and a chipotle chicken burger. The place is very clean. Ambiance is nice seating comfortable. The western burger was very tasty, would order again, as was the chicken burger. Prices are reasonable. UPDATE: Went back today to try other menu items. Store was busier today, drive thru was chockers. They had a crew trainer on duty today. There were 6 or so customers in store. I decided to try the chicken BLT and Western Angus burger, with side order of chips and star nuggets. Burgers were both tasty and well cooked and presented. The same could not be said for the chips. Very disappointing. The potato looked like it had not been peeled, with strange material on the chips, (see photos), no salt, the chips were limp, really limp, like yesterday's reheated. Very unappetizing. But the burgers were great. I was somewhat disappointed to see front of house staff not wearing masks properly, with their noses exposef.

Really love the portion and customer service, they have free refill drinks. Place was clean and tidy.

Absolutley love the burgers.. so much fresher than the other fast food chains... the burgers are fairly big... and the fries are very good...the drive through is smooth but not particularly quick.... worth the wait though!

Staff were friendly. Weren't busy when I was there but chips were warm not hot. Burger was warm not hot even though it was freshly made. I will go back as burgers are tasty and chips are nice. Store was clean.

i was so excited today to try the chicken burger and chili fries. after waiting around 6 minutes i finally received my order by what seems to be the only staff member..? the chili fries caught me by surprise. there was meat on the fries in the bottom left corner of the box with grated cheese just on top, it was not even melted. it did not look very appealing so I had to take it home and melt the cheese on top myself. now to the chicken burger, there was only one piece of lettuce and the chicken inside of the burger was quite dry and chewy. I will not be coming here again. -ashleigh

Went through drive thru just after 11pm. The girl who served us was lovely but unfortunately we were told to park. Waited around ten minutes for our food, fries had already been sitting for a while when we received our food. They have also changed their fries to a more thicker cut which just didn’t taste as good as the old fries. Everything was placed into the bag with no care and will only order crisscut fries from now on. Drinks leaked everywhere. But to end on a good note- Tried the chicken sandwich for the first time and it was delicious. Cookie was nice and chewy. ☺️

Extremely disappointed would be the only way I can describe this joint $15.90 For a medium chicken blt meal. I thought maybe being yank it might be a big burger no the size of a Mc chicken one piece of tomato seriously the chicken itself wasn’t bad a little oily did have plenty of bacon and the chips were good but no salt as usual bottomless drinks is good if you’re not taking away like I do but no wouldn’t recommend not when you can get a bar meal for the same piece and least you can get a beer with it #drunklife

Great fast food chain, delicious burgers and generous portions. Quick service and good fries too. Would recommend over other fast food chains.

Overpriced and ordinary burgers. Customer service isn’t pleasing either. Good vibes though and everything is modern. Having unlimited drinks was also good. Nothing special though, there are so many other better burger places in Melbourne

$15+ for a burger small drinks and small fries in a fast food joint is a little rich. The burger just ok. Patty was tasty and juicy but the sliced tomatoes, a leaf or so of lettuce,sauce and added jalapeños was nothing special. Drinks with refilled was good and I like the ginger beer. Place only had a few customers, not sure how long this one will last. Fries were no where close to maccas.<br/>
