Review Kfc - Cranbourne

If I could rate zero I would. Absolutely disgraceful. Just got home looking forward to a Twister which ended up straight in the bin. Disgusting soggy brown coleslaw. Grey soggy stale chicken which I don't trust. Extremely disappointing. Get your act together!!

I’m not one to ever put a bad review, I felt this one has to be done. I have never seen such a bad fast food restaurant before, specially a KFC. The oil is old and literally browns the chicken to the point it looks reheated. The lettuce is brown and not fresh along with most of the food. I honestly can’t believe how bad this franchisee is, it’s the worst one I’ve ever eaten from. I literally felt sick after eating there- I’ll never return here, even my dog wouldn’t eat it when I put some chicken in his bowl- no joke.

The team tonight are awesome. Food is hot and fresh. My order is correct and all the alterations I made were met. Been here plenty of times and tonight is by far the best.

Waited 50 minutes for door dash only to be told by the driver that they couldn’t fulfill my order so it was probably a good idea to cancel. Absolutely disgusting what happened to good quality food. Definitely not from here.

I reckon this is one of the busiest KFCs in the area. We spent nearly half an hour in line for take away. The line started all the way when you come in the service lane. The food was good of course we got the hot and crispy chicken, but waiting in line for it was too much. Maybe we'll have it delivered next time.

So Disappointed, Went through the drive through, ordered Hot & Spicy 3 piece pack, told there was no potato and gravy, so I said I would have extra chips. Got home and regular chicken not Hot & Spicy, why can't they get the order right.

We ordered dinner tonight and received chicken that doesn't even look like KFC it greasy and the coating was falling off. We ordered chips that weren't cooked and 2 large potato and gravy and chicken and burgers (they didn't deliver the burgers that was a second delivery!!).They sent 4 small potato and gravy instead of the 2 large potato and gravy. We have takeaway once a week because it's so expensive and look forward to a break from cooking a meal.. I rang them to explain what had happened and a girl answered the phone and said she was just going home and put me on hold to get somebody to talk to me. I waited for a while and nobody picked up the call. I have been trying ever since to ring them and it goes straight to voicemail. Way to go KFC great customer service.

If I could put 0-10 I would. Can almost put money one it we will have food poisoning tomorrow. Taking the time sticker off the gravy so they didn’t have to make more, a box full of grease, arguing with us at the window. What happened to the customer is always right? I worked at kfc for a year and I can tell you now this is by far the worst store
