We ordered a two wrap meals at 11am on the 27/5. We didn’t receive our meal until 11:50 that’s a 50 minute wait for two meals. They had only two people working. So ridiculous there was a lot of people that ended up walking out. The place was full of tradies on lunch break who were obviously annoyed

We order three meals two Bondi wraps medium meals and Large Burger meal via the drive though service was quick and easy, that’s where the great service ended. Got to the check out window and the lady with thick Indian accent repeated my order which was difficult to understand, but enough to work out

Best staff (Garry), I' m on a low carb diet and he swapped the chips with a Portuguese salad at same price! You' re a legend mate!

Went to opporto at Cranbourne Frankston road ,after tiring day of work to get some good and hot food but got served with cold food which is really disappointing and poor customer service, not happy at all , please better assign the good and cooperative person at the counter. Felt really bad.
