It's chaos today. Took more than 20 minutes for my order. No sense of emergency among the staff despite the extensive length of the drive thru line and pickups at the counter. It used to be one of my favorite McDonald's. Well, certainly not anymore.
Didn’t get all my food after paying $53.85. Offered to return to restaurant and spend my time and fuel for a partial refund, which sounded awesome (sarcasm) so I could come home and eat my food cold! Poor customer service, poor experience, totally disappointed, as were my kids who missed out - was
As usual, my favourite Freppe is not available on the App. Have to order via drive through. I asked for the receipt at the order window. The staff with headset on doesn't listen to me, directing me to next window. When i got the drink, it is not full and all over the cup, I assume it was poured outs
Nice, clean& fresh; I can’t ask for more... But this poor little boy on the wall does deserve a whole face.
Be careful if ordering espresso, they’ll still try to serve you from a cup of leftover shots they have sitting around for the milk based drinks. For $1 maybe I’d take this on the chin, for $3.55 however really not acceptable.
Wow a new low for even McDonald’s. Very cold meal and no apologies when informed. Staff acted like I was a freak for returning a cold meal and even the manager was extremely rude. My experience here is always dreadful. Young staff members should be taught respect and customer service.
Terrible service. Over 2 hours wait time on Uber eats with a driver waiting at the restaurant while they ‘prepare’. Doesn’t take 2 hours to make a Big Mac.
Update: after the 2 hour wait for Uber eats from this establishment, you’ve managed to get quite literally every item wrong with missing items.
