What a fantastic location! Terrific views over beach & coast-side golf course from bistro, which has generously-sized great value meals. Couldn't believe that we had it all to ourselves for lunch, but understand it gets very popular of an evening.

Stopped in for dinner while in town. Make sure you have your ID on you or the Service NSW app because you need to check in at the front as this is also a VIP room/pub/TAB/betting/alcohol store. Vibe is very relaxed and welcoming of the whole community. The dining hall is massive. Grab a printed menu

Food was mediocre, vibe is non existent and they prioritise the comfort of smokers. It’s a pity since there are so little options in the area. But just because you may have a captive market does not mean you should not try.

Stopped by for lunch at the bistro. Staff were very welcoming, nice view and food was lovely! Came out super fast, fresh and large servings!

Guy at front counter was nice but wouldn’t let us in as one person was 18 and no one was over 25 to let them in, couldn’t even go in for takeaway as had to be all 18 or a “family”. JUST a pass, not terrible, but not great. A bland place, in a position which has so much promise...what a shame!..it has a real bingo type vibe.. The food was allright however the parking could barely fit my 2021 Doge Ram Longhorn. Though when i went to the bathroom to take a leak, the sink was incredible!! you just have to see it to believe it, best sink i have seen in a while.

Barnesy’s bistro served up hands down the best surf and turf I have ever had, not only that but everyone else at our table had amazing meals
