OMG delish best I have eaten in the shire actually best I've eaten in the country and the chilli sauces are to die for tried them all on a spoon and they kindly let me purchase a couple of them thank you Jake chalmers it was perfect...

Had the cheeseburger and the Jake burger, both were tasty and fresh. $10-$12 is a good price too.

I can't believe this place has been open for this long so close to me and I hadn't tried it yet. Check it out - it's amazing. If you've had burgers in the USA, this place is up there with In-N-Out or Five Guys. Meat, cheese, bun - everything works perfectly together. The chips are great too, and Young Henrys beer to drink. Wow.
The Jake burger is the best! The Jake sauce is awesome, always the right amount! Not smothered with sauce, and has beetroot relish with tomato and lettuce just as burger SHOULD have!

After a long day we finished up at @jakechalmers for our final stop for 1 of the best burgers in Cronulla. And its was pretty delicious and super Cheesy! Oh my! Super yummy food! Was recommended to go here by a friend and was glad I did! I enjoyed the pork burger very much with the crackling adding a nice crunch to the burger with juicy pork! The chipotle mayo and black garlic aioli are super nice dips for the chips! The potato fries were pleasant but not too exciting. All up would go back
The burgers and seasonal chips are just delicious and i always want more. The staff are always kind and never messed up my order,will be back again for sure.
The jakes burger with onion rings is definitely the go here. Love the way they do the beef and the beetroot relish is a really nice touch to an already delicious burger! The one blemish would be the overseasoning of the chips
The burgers here are always so delicious and the service is always quite quick! I only wish they put a little bit more into the presentation of their burgers, however in saying that, food should be about the taste and jake champers doesnโt disappoint!
Popped into Jake Chalmers for some burgers and fries and was not disappointed !
Cool little setup in one of Cronullas lane ways, We had the Jake and chicken burgers with fries. My chicken burger was great. My chicken burger was cooked nice and not saturated with the deep fried oil, bun was soft and everything with it worked well with the chicken. Took a bite from the Jake burger and this thing was delicious, All the ingredients come together to give you a kick in your mouth!
Will be back to get my own Jake burger!

Absolutely love Jake Chalmers. I go here almost every weekend now.. such good burgers for very reasonable price & the 50 cent cone is a great deal. RECOMMEND
Definitely the best burger in Cronulla and maybe in the shire. Had the special burger, The Trump, for lunch, one of the best burgers I have ever had. Double pattie, jalapenos, heaps of cheese, tortilla chips. the burger patties were delicious, nice caramelised crust and super juicy meat. ย Washed down with a strawberry shake.ย

Sometimes you don't need to be fancy or huge. You just gotta be true to your self. That's what Jakes burgers do. Tucked in a laneway - worth checking out this summer!
We came across this burger joint and so glad we gave it a try. The burgers were on point as each burger was juicy and packed with flavour. The chips and tatter tots were nice and golden. I especially liked the sriracha on the tatter tots being something different, instead of ketchup.
The milkshakes could do with a little more flavour, but besides that we quite enjoyed our meal in this laneway.

Our quest to eat every burger in sight saw us at Jake Chalmers early on a Sunday afternoon.
Tucked away in a back alley, the burger joint is bright, clean and welcoming. The girl behind the counter cheerfully greeted us as we approached to order, and was infinitely patient as we debated what we were going to eat. In the end we went with a Jake's burger with extra beef patty, lobster burger, chips and three kids' meals. The standard kids meal includes a cheeseburger and chips and they were most accommodating in offering one with a chicken burger for the child that didn't want a cheeseburger.
We've come at the right time as not long after, the place is full and there is a queue to order.
The burgers are served on a soft, slightly sweet brioche bun. They're all good, although I found the sauce on the chicken burger a little overly sweet. The chips are on point; golden, crispy, and perfectly seasoned with herbs and spices.
Simple menu, great food. Cheap and cheerful with friendly and efficient service.
This new burger joint is right next to another hottie on Sydney right now. Juicy burgers full of fat & flavour, it can get quite rich but its super tasty. The best part? Is their chips - golden, crispy & dusted with herbs & spices, it shows how good they are when you take 2 photos of the chips but forgot about the burger. Eat at the stools outside or better yet, walk down to the beach to enjoy.
Tried a few burger locations in Cronulla and Jake is a winner! Simply menu but sooooo satisfying. Chicken is my pick with the magic garlic sauce. Shall be returning! Great work team
Quite literally addicted to these burgers! Ive had them 5 times in the last few weeks and the team at Jake Chalmers haven't lost the quality, speed, and consistency of their burgers at all, every bite is sensational! The kind of memory that will flash before my eyes when i pass away, but hopefully i will get the chance to eat allot more of these burgers before that day comes! Make sure this place is on your bucket list.
I was delighted to find this burger bar in a quiet laneway away from the hustle and bustle of Cronulla. Honestly, the cheeseburger was better than the many I tried in America, and the deliciously spicy tatter tots really hit the spot too. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, I'll be making Jake Chalmers a weekly meal.

Delicious American-style burgers. They are on the messy side so use napkins! My milkshake was great although I had to remind them to make it - they forgot. More of a quick dinner place rather than somewhere you'd sit down for hours at with a group (the seats are not that comfortable). The prices are OK :)
Really enjoyed our burger and chips here. Noticed they stocked local (not imported) soft drinks and we enjoyed this also with our meal. I think not quite 5 stars because the burgers are a bit more expensive (but not unreasonable) than I'd expect. Will return again.
Took the kids and we all loved our burgers. They do a basic kids meal with a cheese burger and fries- kids loved it. My burger was their standard burger and was spot on. Kids finished their meal with a 50cent soft serve ice cream!
My go to Burger joint in Cronulla, my fave is Jake's burger but all are just as delicious. They do use a home order service so you can get your fav food in the comfort of your own home win/win ๐
