Review Royal Orchard Thai - Cronulla

This is a fantastic and authentic Thai restaurant. Beautiful restaurant, decorations, cutlery and vibe. Mini our waitress was wonderful and everyone looked after us like family. The food was amazing, it took a little while to come out, but it was freshly prepared and tasted great. If you come with a group of 4+ get the banquet for $35 p/h, nice value and heaps of food! Recommend the Pad see ew and Thai green curry. 10/10!

Amazing food and service, the must try’s are the salt and pepper calamari as well as the fried ice cream. Can’t wait to go back again!

Would 100% recommend this place. The food is amazing and the staff are exceptional. We went for dinner for my husbands birthday and they all remembered from my booking and wished him a happy birthday. We will definitely be back.

Located in the heart of Cronulla with so many other restaurants around it a convenient place to visit. After we were seated and ordered some starters three different waiting staff came and wanted to get our orders so there is a bit of lack of communication between staff members. Food is good but not spectacular, pricing as expected for a restaurant around that area.

Great little Thai restaurant just off the main strip in Cronulla. Customer service is very attentive & friendly. Curry puffs tasted homemade and full of flavour. Ordered salt & pepper calamari which overall was pleasant however plenty extra crispy batter if that’s is how you prefer it. Singapore noodles were hot and bursting a great mix of vegetables and chicken. $$$

$6 BYO wine charge but otherwise it was a perfect meal! We got a fish curry, chicken curry, and beef curry- all were equally delicious! Strangely enough the red curry was more spicy than the green curry, but we enjoyed it nonetheless. The beef was cooked slow and broke apart under your fork. Not only was the food very good but the waiters were super nice- I appreciate how they kept a bottle of water at our tables at all times. We must have gone through 5-6 bottles of water during our time there but they kept an eye out for us 😊. The restaurant also wasn't super crowded on a Wednesday night in November, which was nice because we didn't feel rushed at all. Overall a good meal with good ambience!

A Thai staple in Cronulla for many years, this restaurant off the main street is always busy with dine in and takeaways. Service is efficient, friendly & attentive. The food is delicious, generous portions and can be a little pricey for Thai. However its always enjoyable dining here.

Made a reservation earlier in the day. Arrived to the restaurant, which was packed, and let them know we had a reservation. We watched two servers put together a table in the outside area. Seems we were forgotten about.

We were seated around a corner, away from servers’ view which became a problem when we had to go looking for a waitress to ask where our food was, which was taking a long time to get to us.

Food was okay. Not bad, not worth the wait either.

First and last time here.
Stepped into shop, no acknowledgement/greeting.

Ordered Coke Zero. Gave us Pepsi max without informing. It was flat from a bottle. Who does this?

Thai Fried rice, bland. Veggies tasted like it was frozen from a packet with corn and peas.
Basil/chicken dish below average. Too much beans. Sauce wasn't the right Flavour.

Laksa ok. Plenty of prawns. I've had better laksa in terms of flavour.

Tea pot leaking.

Vanilla fried ice cream smelt and tasted bad like it's been sitting in the freezer for a long time. Canned lychees on the side. Ewww.
