Review Kozen - Cronulla

I have to say that the food was delicious. I have travelled to Japan many times and this was really really good Japanese food. Delicious. Being BYO makes it a very reasonably priced food quality restaurant. The ambience is nice and relaxing with the park judy outside. Leah was also a great host and I highly recommend this restaurant. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

Comedy of errors. Absolutely terrible service. Had a table of 10 but we had reserved so they were aware of timings required. Had to wait a very long time for our meals which were staggered terribly. The first person had finished before the second last person had even finished their meal. The last meal never arrived over an hour later. They also dropped one of our meals and had to remake it. Drinks were ordered and took so long to arrive. Then trying to get their attention in a reasonably quiet restaurant was comical. They seemed to be pointedly avoiding taking any extra requests. Which is such a shame as the food was quite tasty. Tempura was very crispy and their pancakes were quite flavourful. Other people seemed to find their meals pleasant as well. Unfortunately bad service taints one's experience. I hope that it was just one bad night they were having.

My partner and I have been coming here every couple of weeks for the last few months and have never been let down. Lovely service, food is super yummy and reasonably priced. My fav casual dinner spot in Cronulla.

Lovely fresh food at a great price. Service was good meal was out in under 15mins. We will be back.

bibimbab was very delicious and yakitori is very good would definitely eat every week

Great fast friendly service with exceptional authentic fresh Korean and Japanese. BYO makes it even better. Outdoor seating on the fringe of the park for you if you have kids that would like the run around. Very reasonable prices too. We have been here 3 times in our 2wk holiday

Lovely meal and lovely service. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Had steamed gyoza to start and then korean speciality with teriaki for main. Would recommend :)

Best food - Best service !!  Loved it :-) Fantastic location hidden from the masses. Cant fault this place, and its BYO as well.  So even better.  The best cheap eat in the Shire !
