Review Strawberry Fair Cafe - Cronulla

I am a regular customer and love the eggs benedict which has a delicious home made hollandaise sauce. I also love the mushroom delight. The food can take a while when busy but the staff always warn of this upon ordering. And it's worth the wait!

Would not recommend. Service is terrible. As soon as we were seated we were warned that it would be a 25 minute wait for food. When in reality it was an hour wait. The coffee which also took ages to come out was terrible, tasted like dish water and was served in a mug which looks like it came from a Dr Seuss book. When the food eventually came, it tasted somewhat good, however it was perfectly seasoned with a single human hair. Delicious.

Visited on the weekend with my family. We had a great breakfast, I can’t speak highly enough about the Eggs Benedict with salmon. Soo yummy! The kids had pancakes and hubby bacon, eggs on toast. Friendly attentive staff. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

Loved the orange juice and the pancakes. My son also loved the eggs. Thanks for such a great breakfast

Have been going here for about 8 years. The menu has a range of options and all day breakfast available! Great outdoor seating which is undercover and generally good for most weather conditions, though also has nice and cosy indoor seating! The food is wonderful, great size portions, fresh bread, and reasonably priced! I tend to really enjoy the chicken croissants, sautéed mushrooms and the steak sandwich! I have never been disappointed by this place and would highly recommend ! It does get busy at your typical lunch time rush, try to go a little earlier to beat the rush.

Most importantly food was good so well done. Same with the cappuccino. When it comes to the service we had mixed experiences as we got served later than people who came after us (but that can happen), overall service was a bit slow but still in the acceptable range, the young waitress never came back to us with an answer to our question but, on the other hand, the waiter was very nice and welcoming. Toilets (important feature especially with the kids) were okay.

I wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was. Lovely staff, good food and well priced.

I was told at the start there 25 min wait because it had been recommended I decided to wait. 50 Mins later still waiting for a kids burger, pancakes and a burger, no explanation about why and not advised that there would be a longer waiting period. When I asked where the food was the first of the food came out on the hour at 2 min intervals apart. The egg was under cooked and chips were not fully cooked either. The food portion was good by not worth the wait.
