I cannot recommend 'The Party People' highly enough. Not only are their balloons gorgeous--brilliant colors, fantastic quality--but the staff are exceptional. I recently purchased balloons for a party as a gift while I was overseas (I was going to miss the party thanks to my travel plans and wanted to send the balloons as a gift). The staff went out of their way to accommodate my request. They followed-up via email and made sure I was informed during the entire process. I have several parties coming up and will be returning to The Party People for all of them.

Dealing with The Party People was fantastic. They were friendly and welcoming and took the stress out of planning a surprise proposal I was organising for my Girlfriend. When I walked in I was overwhelmed by the sheer variety of options to choose from. They have everything you could imagine or want there! The excellent customer service made narrowing down products a breeze. They helped me with colour palettes for balloon arrangements and did a great job stringing together some letter balloons which looked great. All I had to do on the day was show up and it was all done. Highly recommend this company for all your party / celebrations.

This is the best party store in Sydney. They are really friendly, helpful and have a large range of everything. I have hired a confetti cannon from their before and it worked out great, so much more cost effective than the single shot ones. This year i did the same but due to the venue they wouldn't allow the cannon, so I wrote to them and they refunded my hire without any trouble. This kind of customer service is not found at most places. Thank you Vicki and the team.

This is a great store. We buy our themed party supplies, fancy dress outfits and helium balloons from here. They stock anything and everything that you may need for entertaining or special events. The shelves are stacked high with 'stuff' so you need to take time to wander through and find what you are looking for. These guys created a fabulous helium balloon bouquet for a me recently, for a 60th Birthday. They were efficient and very reasonably priced.

Awesome place has a TON of costumes, also their website is accurate about costume availability.

It was great experiance dealing with the two lovely ladys at Sans Souci store. They were fabulous,they couldn't do enough for me ,I needed some staff for a play that is due in 3 days and they didn't have it at the store the lovely lady at the front desk went out of her way ringing the other store and got it for me on the same day when she rang me to tell me that my order is waiting for me to pick it up. I have not seen such a high quality custome service for long while. I can not thank you enough the party people at Sans Souci, your are really amazing . Thanks a million you saved our planned day indeed. Strongly recommend 👍

We purchased online for pick up in the Sans Souci store as we wanted to make sure we got it in time. I called 2 days after the order was placed and paid for and the lady on the phone was rude and very unhelpful. My daughter went over to pick the items up and was also met with rude staff. Customer service is lacking for sure. Also the poster that we purchased was ripped and scrunched at the top with pen marks on the front of the poster. My daughter didn't want to take it back as she didn't want the confrontation with staff that don't seem to care. So it is for certain that I do not recommend this business for buying online nor will I be using them ever again.

I have never come across more rude and arrogant people! No basic customer service! No friendly greeting! I had a Groupon voucher - my order was taken with so much rudeness and attitude! If you don't want to give out Groupon vouchers to earn more customers (which is the aim of these) then DON'T do it! I'd rather go to the BiG W party section and will be treated with respect! When I picked up my order- there was no fretting or anything once again- I got given 20balloons knotted together and then left- not asked if I needed them bundled or any weights for it or anything! Worst quality of balloons too- 2 of them popped in the car straight away! Will not be back!
