Review Ritz Chix - Cronulla

Ordered seafood. Saw prawn but in the container not even a single piece prawn..

This place changed hands a few years ago. The previous owners sold top notch quality chicken and salads. The current owners seem to have cut a few corners and the quality is no longer there. If your primary product is chicken you would think it would be perfect, but now the chicken is no better than the BBQ chicken that you get at a supermarket. Don't bother with this place the new Chinese owners have destroyed it.

Under previous owner/management, their Cronulla burger was the best. We were happy to travel half an hour to have that burger. Whenever my family members comes to Sydney, they go to RitzChix. However, yesterday we went there, we were so disappointed that we promised not to go there anymore. Good luck, new management!

This place used to be really good under the previous owners but now it is under new ownership and is a shadow of the place it once was. A real shame to see. Chips were dry and way undercooked and chicken was really average as well. Bring back the old owners i reckon, they were much better.

Firstly. The shop is dirty. And the staff were standing around even though a few people were waiting. Our chicken was not ready to go and once the chips were cooked then they decided to make up the salad and chicken into takeaway. Because a mate walked in and interrupted my paying status. Then we got the fppd and the chicken was dry. And the salad was so small for a 6 dollars. It was almost all fitting on the end of one fork. The chips had alpt of chicken salt.. even though we always loce chicken Salt... jist never going yo walk in there again

Another place in Cronulla that was so deece and now with new owners they have destroyed the quality. Needs a mirical to build its reputation back !! 👎

Take away chicken shop. The whole chickens look good and taste alright. Some parts a bit dry and had that awful burnt flavour.<br/><br/>A variety of salads on offer. We had the chicken Caesar salad which was substantial enough. Just overly dressed, which would depend on your preference if you liked this.

Terrible! Live locally and won't be going there again.<br/>Got a box with roast pork and salad, the woman cut very thick and small chunks of the pork which was so tough that the little plastic knife couldn't cut through it, and there was a bit that was definitely still raw! The skin was barely crackled and has foil stuck in it. The salad looked nice and fresh in the window but was full of rotten lettuce. Waste of money!<br/><br/>The owners and staff clearly don't care what they are serving up!

This little shop Is in a great location and is really awesome if you want some good, filling food without paying a ton of money just because you are near the beach. It is so cheap and the burgers are homestyle made with love. I love coming here because of the affordability as well as the range of burgers.<br/>There is nothing better than grabbing one of these guys burgers, some fries and a drink and walking down the road and eating it looking out to the water with the sun on your back.

Best Chips and Gravy in the Shire! Salads are great also as well as the burgers! Cash Only though but woolies across street to get cash out from no minimum.

Bring back the old owners, this place is now always or of everything when it was once a fab place to get great roast chicken dinners and salads. When they are out of food at 5pm at night you wonder why they are in the food game at all. Don't bother as the new owners don't bother either.

Can't beat ritz chix for a good and cheap feed when your hungry. Big selection of good salads and they load them up in the combo packs. Always my #1 go to place when hungry!

Best BBQ chickens in the Shire. Large, cooked perfectly & never dried out, with a tasty rice stuffing. Great variety of salads and roast veg as well.
