Delicious Italian restaurant. Outstanding service and good prices. Excellent Italian restaurant, one of my favourites in Sydney. Spaghetti al Polpette and the pizza garlic bread are a must!
I had a creamy gnocchi dish, which was delicious but difficult to finish because is was so rich. The others had other pasta meals. The pasta was cooked very well.
The inside was very small by the window and quite cramped, but it was okay once we sat down.
Service was a bit slow, and enjoyed my meal but there wasn't anything special about this place. Id probably not go again.
The food and services are good. I love the the marinara pizza that is full of seafood. The coffee is also bitter enough.
The fish of the day appears to be a little oily with too much butter.
Nic to be sit outdoor, $40-$45 for two people including drinks.
My wife and I have been coming here for years, and with good reason. This is not the kind of restaurant you find on Concrete Playground or Urbanlist. This is not trendy "modern inspired" dining. This is good, solid, unpretentious and affordable dining. The atmosphere has just the right amount of buzz but is also peaceful.
Sapporo is on tap and well priced, and the portions are generous. Food is fresh, price is right and service is top notch. They look after new customers just as well as their regulars and they are deserving of the title of best on the strip.
Good food combined with excellent service, makes this place one of the better Italian restaurants in the area. With good seating available inside and out, the whole dining experience is quite good. It's BYO as well, which helps with a variety of choices on the menu.

Every time I've ordered anything from here it has always been absolutely delicious, fresh and quickly cooked with friendly waiters. I love this Italian restaurant and wish I could eat here every single night. If you like Italian food you can't go wrong eating here, everything on this menu is fantastic.
Great food and attitude. I'm a local and I've eaten here countless times. I like the owners and they are always friendly. I like the fact that when I ask for extra cheese on a pizza they aren't stingy. And that he pasta is consistently good along with the pizza. The other Italian in the area doesn't compare for service or consistency. Highly recommend Peter Pans.

Not just pizza here. Does decent pasta as well and a nice place to eat al fresco on a balmy night.
Always a great experience.. Friendly staff, great menu and gluten free pizza bases. I have eaten here several times and it is a favourite of mine in Crows Nest.

Great for a Function too!. Visited Peter Pan's Italian Restaurant today for a large group function. They couldn't have looked after us better! This place really goes the extra yard to make you feel welcome, enjoy your food and leave satisfied. The food was certainly very tasty - but we've been here before and knew that. It was the little things that take them to the next level. Will we be back again - hell yes. It's excellent value here for great food and it all runs so smoothly! Well done on handling a group of 50 so capably! Very impressive.
Decided to give Peter Pans a try after it was recommended by a family member. When I first walked past i was a bit hesitant but surprisingly the food was fantastic!!! As the saying goes, dont judge a book by its cover. The service was excellent!!! The waiters were so attentive, friendly & very accomodating. Food came quick & was fresh & tasty. Very happy & will be returning very soon, the garlic prawns were amazzzing!
My wife and I go to peter pans nearly every week. The food is consistently good and very tasty. The service is great and always friendly.
Amazing food!! Definitely recommend coming here!!
What a lovely meal! We went to Peter Pan's for our anniversary dinner and had the veal - with mushrooms and di mare - delicious & quick. Sticky date was delicious for dessert. Thanks for the great service and lovely meal
We had pizza and seafood, the pizza was great , seafood was good.
Peter Pan's - Crow Nest, Sydney. Peter Pan's Italian Restaurant is one of the many choices in the 'restaurant belt' of the suburb of Crow's Nest in Sydney. It is more lavish and inviting than some of its nearby neighbours this place is worth visiting. My parents were in the mood for some Italian cuisine and one choice they were set on did not seem to exit anymore.
There were two choices for how to dine, inside the restaurant (there seemed to be more space out the back of the restaurant than I initially thought) or al fresco. I chose to go al fresco (my parents set it to me to decide). In the end, they thought that that was good choice - there was people watching to do but there was also some atmosphere to it. Unlike a lot of "al fresco" in Brisbane, here the pavements are big enough to reserve ample space or diners while having pedestrians comfortably walk by.
The outdoor area was very winsome, with plastic covering to block some of the noise and fumes from the traffic and with shelter an a tree nearby (going through the shelter). Not ritzy by any stretch of the imagination, but definitely memorable.
Service was exceptionally friendly here; from an initial walk-by, ardent is certainly one term that can be use here. When one ordering, the waiter then asked if there were any starters we wanted (we did not). Later on with my dessert order - it was different waiter - he was asking very attentively about which ice cream flavour I wanted. Ergo, this was very "extra mile" in of servicing.
Meal were brought out very quickly, when my table' order were being brought out I thought they were or another table. That is exceptional speed.
My parents got coupe of pizzas - marinara an a coppa & rucoll. I went a different route an got a scallopine i mare (veal scallopini with seafood).
On the front o the marinara an die mare - they did not simply use marinara mix but actual fresh an distinguishable seafood. It was very tasty.
The pizza crust was thin an crispy with the ingredients spread thinly cross the base.
With the coppa & rucolla, the ingredients were sharp and flavorful.
My scallopine was very we cooed, with handful o fresh vegetables that were not watery. Though they did use a bit too much of the tomato sauce, it had a rich flavour and texture.
To end, I decided to get an afrogato - with hazelnut ice cream. The espresso they used was deep an rich, and the flavour of ice cream suited the coffee flavour even better than the usual vanilla one unlike vanilla, the hazelnut is not sweet instead being a bit tart. This combined well with the drink and was a lovely end to a good meal.
This is one place I would be more than happy to return to in the future.
Well miss king,i am regular patron of Peter pans and have never had a problem with the food nor the service also the staff have always been professional and friendly and if I tip them I do it properly,so tell your friends if they liked it they should tip,if not don't tip at all,and maybe the waiter won't throw the COINS back at them next time
YUM!. Have walked past this place without ever even considering it for many many years. But a few weeks ago craving something "a bit different" from the usual meals out in Crows Nest, decided to give it a go.
The place dosnt look mauch, lets be honest, and its next door to another italian resturant (the hosts are always out the front and trying to get you in the door, which can be off putting). But let me tell you, the food was FANTASTIC! I expected that it would be ok, but it really exceeded my expectations.
The prices were on the pricey side - i mean, on face value, like i said the place dosnt look like much, so just reading off the menu, the prices always put me off too as it looks a bit retro.
I had the bruschetta to start (the BEST brushchetta i have ever had the pleasure of experiencing anywhere! And i make my own and tend to think highly of my home made version, but this was TASTY!!!!)
Great food! Slightly overpriced and the Mussels Provencale (main) was a too small. Overall good night out.
The best Italian restaurant on Willoughby Road. When the Italian restaurant next door is empty but people are waiting for a table at this restaurant, you know this must be the best Italian restaurant on Willoughby Road. Beautiful pasta and pizza and other authentic dishes such as Salmone al Limone. Prices are modest for such great food.
Great authentic Italian restaurant
Staff were nice and friendly and food was tasty. I would have liked the Lasagna portion a bit larger but all in all it was a good experience. Spaghetti bolognese and supreme Pizza were delicious.
Both in door and outdoor sitting available.
I always get the linguine al gamberi. A favourite place for my father and I to catch up for dinner.
Lovely staff. Also yummy. Lemon Sole is great too.
Classic Crows Nest Italian Restaurant, great fast friendly service (For 2pm on a Saturday) a great Spaghetti Con Polpette - Home made meatballs
served in a Napolitana Sauce & Fettuccine Al Gamberi - Tiger Prawns in a light Napolitana sauce with garlic & Chilli. topped with Baby Spinach were had along with a awesome starter of Bruschetta - would recommend and I would dine again !!!
Delicious, never had a bad meal here. Pizza is great, and staff are always lovely.
Great food, friendly attentive staff. BYO which is always a big plus!! Great location. Don’t miss this restaurant
