I'm a 52 year old gym junkie....a friend suggested I see Helen after I complained of not being able to lose belly fat that I've had since my late 20's. I was sceptical but gave it a go. After two sessions I can finally see my abs and have been parading sans shirt ever since....Helen is simply amazing and i'm just sorry I didn't go and see her years ago. Thank you Helen!!!

Highly recommend Helen for pain of all kinds, for general health, sluggish digestion, for shifting stubborn fat, for ageing skin, for relaxation massage and remedial massage. Experienced and knowledgeable.

This is my favourite go-to place for delicious lunches and early dinners. Everything that Helen and Indie cook they make with love, fresh healthy ingredients and a fabulous flavour. Wonderful for vegetarians too. Lots of variety and sweet treats as well. They are always welcoming and gracious, its like coming home to your dining room. Thanks for being there.

I'm sorry to say but the food that comes out of this joint is so far removed from what I would call "quality food", I can only assume that the person running it either doesn't understand good food, or doesn't care. The thing is, you CAN make healthy food super delicious. Ottolenghi is a perfect example of a chef that makes super healthy, delicious food that is cheap and will keep going back for more. There was so much wrong with the food here that I simply will not be ordering from here again. The vegetable curry was like a slop one might expect from the 1800s. The "butter chicken" had chicken that was dry and way off the mark in terms of flavour. But the worst part - those 2 little balls I got with my meal (for free), literally tasted like cardboard with a little sugar. I'm sorry, I don't mean to be rude - but I actually feel like Iv'e been robbed of $25.

Went in to ask about activated charcoal options as I wanted to use it in bulk for cooking. The lady said she only had one option in small table format and tried to convince me that was the best for cooking. When I asked if she had suppliers that did other options she said she would not order it as it wasn't worth her while. I felt that she was unwilling to help or even be polite

Chiro said i have chronic back pain. I went to many of them to get my intense lower back fixed. Finally went to Helen through a reference to try out her cupping therapy. In 20 mins she told me that the pain is in my back due to some muscle knots i have in my inner thighs. Not a single chiro or doctor found that. They kept focusing on the pain in back and couldn't find the source. Helen fixed my knots in 2 sitting and my 5 months of back pain was gone just like that. I just came back from gym after months. I did not have to take a single pain killer.

So good! Just ordered this off menu log and it was fast, fresh and so tasty! Great value for money as well. So good to FINALLY have a healthy option for delivery :)

Owner Helen is very knowledgeable chinese medicine practitioner. I go there for cupping, advice on vitamins, diet and general health. The shop is also great with a full range of vitamins, supplements, tasty fresh food.
