This small, cosy restaurant has a nice, relaxed atmosphere (it was a Thursday night when I went). Had the teriyaki beef bento. The teriyaki beef was fragrant, sweet and salty (slightly too salty). The salmon and salad were fresh. The tempura was lightly battered and crispy. A filling and flavourful meal. Would definitely come back again if I were in the area.
Mus be one of the best Japanese Restaurant in Crow's Nest, Sydney. "Chicken Katsu Curry" with rice tastes really good. A bit congested though.

This place is popular for quickly grabbing a sushi to take away or for on the go. Dining in is a little difficult as there are very limited seats and a lot of the time it's busy during lunch rush hour.
However, I've dined in on a few occasions and their service has always been very pleasant and friendly. I've had their Donburi dishes and although they are tasty and well made, it sometimes seems to be overloaded with mayonnaise. Still a nice place for lunch if you're craving sushi.
Worth trying // big sushi rolls
Pros // nice food, friendly service
Cons // limited seating
Food: 3.5/5

Great value & very fresh!. Really enjoyed the food at this little place. We have been there on numerous occasions. It's only small but their food is very tasty! Highly recomend the prawn tempura & salmon sashimi.
Amazing sushi rolls with fresh and outstanding ingredients. Very friendly service as well.
Nice sushi with brown rice options. There’s also an a la carte menu but I haven’t tried it. The only thing is that all the sushi comes in plastic packaging, but the staff is happy to make a roll for me when I bring my own container :)
We order avo salmon salad and brown rice california rolls. Those are really good. Brown rice rolls was good alternative then.
We didnt order drink. When we almost finished our meal, the lady shop owner came at surprise and brought out 2 glasses of cold water for us. such a good treat in a scorching hot summer day.
Best Japanese!!!! Love this place here every week. Sashimi is fresh and large portions. Good value for money. Takeaway sushi etc or dine in-casual setting. Easy after work. Also great teriyaki chicken and rice dish. Yummmm!!! The staff are wonderfully friendly every time and this place is consistently amazing
We love sushi town, been coming here for years! A little dissapointed they took their black rice option off of the menu. Still definitely worth it.
Best sushi I've ever had!
Even in late afternoon. Still the freshest tasting from anywhere around.
