Also had the brisket on a subsequent visit. Really good. I prefer mine a bit more rare and juicy, but these were still great. Fall apart on the fork, great flavour.
Chili cheese fries are also very good! Had mine with Beef belly.

The Lowdown: First to arrive, chilli cheese fries š¶ š - fries for the base, stacked with chilli beef sauce, cheddar cheese, topped with chipotle aioli and dusted with smoked paprika.Ā
Beef (short) ribs, which looked charred š„ when they came outā¦ but after attempting to lift this to my mouth, the meat was so soft it slid right off the bone! I then picked it up off the plate with both hands, the meat separated into my hands and after that first bite, I knew this was my new favourite rib joint! The char gave these ribs a salty and smokey flavour, whilst the homemade BBQ sauce complimented this with its sweetness š¤¤. The chicken š wings were also amazing! After the meal we had a chat with Sergio - what an absolute legend! This guy is so damn passionate about what he does and it absolutely shows in the quality he serves up!

Pro Tip: If you can't find on street parking, head over to the Woolworths shopping area - it's a short walk, but that walk might just be the second best decision you made that night!!

Our first time going here was last week and we loved it! Staff were amazing and the food was phenomenal. The ribs...WOW. Just wow. My man and I are big meat eaters, so we love our ribs and we can't fault this place at all. Amazing service and the best ribs ever!
If you like ribs, this is the place to be!!! My friends and I ate there on Sunday. We were a group of 7, and the staff still offered to combine tables for us even though it slightly blocked the counter. We got two sets of the double combo, and the amazing staff gave us a free upgrade to chilli fries (which are a must have!!! yum!!). I cant stop raving about the ribs here, really soft and juicy. We also opted for all hot &spicy wings, which really pack a punch and are pretty numbingly spicy! So if you cant take spicy foods, I wouldn't recommend ordering them.

So we kinda planned our day around this, my best friend wouldnāt shut up about ribs ever since I purchased half a rack at a fair in Crows Nest about a month ago. An afternoon of drinking Canadian Club and listening to music was part of the process in getting our bodies ready for rib town. We opted to walk there possibly due to it forcing a walk back which we anticipated after this massive feast. Hereās what we had.
Boyfriend introduced me to this place and OHHHMYYYGOHHHD it's so good. I've had pork ribs hickory sauce and it's just right. Forget the coleslaw tho, use too much oil in their mayo or something.. Didn't realise you could stuff up coleslaw... Even more reason to stick to what you're good at - smoking ribs and you're doing it well!
The ribs are fantastic. Hurricanes pales in comparison. Please step up your sides game though. There is too much competition out there for better chips, onion rings, and coleslaw. Seriously the coleslaw is very bland. This won't stop me from coming here, but I wish these were better.
Best ribs i've tasted in Australia! The racks aren't huge but they are also cheaper than most and the combos are such good value. Cheap delivery too makes for an awesome messy meal.
This has been my local pizza place for 2 years. The food is reliably fresh, generous and tasty. They're really proud of making good quality food, even down to using fresh pineapple on the ham pizza, which was scrummy!

Small shop with American diner type decor. The menu is small which is a great thing. They mainly cater to takeaway so seating is limited. Nonetheless the seating is still thought through with ketchup, mustard and BBQ sauce, kitchen towels, hand sanitiser and toothpicks. They even have an outdoor heater (which many bigger places donāt).
When I arrived the beef ribs were not available so the owner asked me to wait 30 minutes and leave the rest to him. I came back in 30 and the most tender, fall-off-the-bone smoked BBQ ribs were served piping hot and steaming. I have sincerely never seen such tender meat! To top it up the owner comes and checks in on me... while I was knee deep inside the ribs!
Favours were great although admittedly I was expecting more of a smoky flavour which I didnāt get. Also I like some burnt bits on my meat and I know that is a personal preference. Also the cutlery was wooden disposal ones, which is fine since the meat is tender but again I like eating meat with metal. Lastly while I am discussing gripes, I think the prices are a little steep. Since itās a small takeaway joint, you somehow expect the price to reflect that.
I rarely give a 5 star rating but I think this place deserves it because the place is hardworking, genuine, customer service is off the charts and the food is great!
Very American style ribs in Sydney , love the pork ribs and chicken wing ,ļ¼off menu but must tryyyyyyyyyy. )Boss temp was horrible but very nice guy (old school) just need to be patience. All ribs are grill after order , need to wait 30-45min so can start with some corn and chips . Uber eat as well , very good food ,tasty and yummmmmm.

Ordered this over UberEats whilst staying at a friends house. The order arrived quickly with no issues. The food was glorious. We ordered the ribs snack pack, loaded fries, a brisket burger and some corn. It was expensive but we wanted to try everything and it sounded so good. The food ended up being very rice and satisfying so we didnāt need to order as much (which would have brought the bill down). Will be eating the left overs tomorrow. Will definitely be ordering again.
Some tasty BBQ from a shoe box sized store, BBQ Smoken Ribs is one decent eatery this side of anywhere.
A friend and I ordered up big one night, sharing a big dog, a half rack of pork ribs, brisket, cheese fries and some pulled pork. Apparently we didn't order enough, sensing this the owner decided we also needed to try his signature chicken wings - on the house!
The brisket was definitely the star of the show for me. Smokey, moist and oh so very tender, it was a delight to eat. However everything we ordered was tasty, with the brisket only winning by a nose.
Service was attentive and super friendly, making it hard not to like this place. I'll be back

Long overdue review but this is such a secret gem! An unassuming store front - we only found out about the place when we saw a guy unloading a ton of wood at the back of the restaurant. The ribs had a rich smokey flavor to it and portions are generous. Much better than other hyped up chains around. Will definitely recommend this for meat/rib lovers!
