We ordered two footlong italian with Chicken classic and mozzarella cheese, honestly it was the best sandwich i've ever had. The chicken was so tasty. The chipotle and garlic aioli were packed with flavor, and the mozarella had a great consistency and very little oil. The salad are all FRESH. The staff also very lovely and polite. They are very helpful from the beginning. By the end of the meal we were planning our next visit. Good job Subway Crows nest.

I am so disappointed and disgusted. Guys we know the taste of expired wrap bread and old bread, you’re not fooling anyone. It’s hard and breaks and tastes awful. Serve fresh bread please, god it’s not that hard. I would ask for a free sub but I’m scared to ever come back here

Subway Australia needs to get with the program like their American counterparts. They never put much of anything in their rolls, including salads which are the cheapest ingredient! Over priced and waay under decent product expectations.

Lady behind the counter very rude and didn't seem to care if she got the order right or not. Rude behaviours when people try to correct it. Sub packed was very messy and broken bread. Find a suitable job where you think people can handle your attitude for your mistakes and poor customer service. I would love to give negative stars if it allows me.

Been to the store a few times for the last couple of years. The current manager is extremely helpful and friendly that I have to thumb up for you. It seems the overall staff appearance improved significantly, they are much more friendly and willing to help, but some staffs still need improvements about communication skills. I can tell it's the cleanest sandwich store around the area, always clear and clean throughout the whole store, but need some attention during the lunch time period. Keep the great work!

I got a pizza sub, and they use the red sauce from the meatballs instead marinade that is cooled. So you get the whole meatball taste with your pizza sub. it's disgusting! they don't seem to provide trays if you want to sit in. instead you have to put your sandwich on the table sprinkled with breadcrumbs and brushed with sauce. I found a huge lettuce stem in my sandwich. I feel this place lacks the skilled to maintain average hygienical standards. I do not recommend to visit this place.
