Review Mcdonald's Family Restaurants - Croydon

We went for breakfast. All available inside tables were dirty. We asked for the tables to be cleaned but it seemed like a huge effort. Girl came and cleaned one table then walked off. When we said we wanted a different table it was again a big effort. Surely all tables should be kept clean especially during Covid. Food was good. Probably staff need some more training in customer service.

Been 3 times this week driving through after working late at around 10 pm. One time I was missing my burger. The second time I was missing my chips but the worst of all was driving through tonight at 10 pm again and told to wait at the waiting bay as my apple pies were not ready and would be ready in 2 minutes I waited 13 minutes and went in. Meal was ready, just sitting there getting cold. I checked my meal and was missing one apple pie and one chips. I had to go back in to complain. Sorry was the best the manager could come up with. Went back to my car to finish my cold meal that had now been in the bag for 20 minutes from a drive through order. Was too hungry to complain, but I hope MacDonald,s management view this complaint as there is something seriously wrong at MacDonald Croydon. You service is atrocious. I will have to be starving to visit again. Oporto is just in front and hungry jacks next door, i will check their service next time I am working late. I would welcome managements remarks. Robert

Customer service and quality of the drink I ordered was amazing. They went above and beyond to provide me with an item which 'technically' didn't exist on the menu, but was very easy to make. They immediately agreed when I asked them about this, and was very professional and happy during the order process. To the manager of the store, thanks for being flexible!! (I ordered with you - forgot your name SORRYY)

Since I do food delivery job, I have been to over twenty McDonald's restaurants around Sydney and this branch is absolutely the worst one I have ever seen. The restaurant is run by a young staff and there is no mature supervisior to organize the work flow. The staff seems working hard but due lack of mentoring it takes to long to finish even one order. Second issue is they don't care delivery orders and show no attention to delivery drivers. I have waited twenty minutes to receive my delivery order while the restaurant was empty. At that time, new arrival dine in customers received their orders before me. This was disrespectful and utterly bothering for me.

i ordered a med mcfavourites box (10 nuggets, 4 burgers, 4 fries, 4 drinks) and they forgot to give the 4 med fries. that's $10 gone. would not recommend going to this mcdonalds, lol.

Good little spot has a playground and you can enter McDonald's from Parramatta Road or Croydon Road from parramatta Rd and take the first left follow all the way and you will see the big McDonald's for the back entrance. Can be a busy spot, but be patient . Good service.

The place been taken over by nameless.. not racist but after going round a 2nd time to get my order right..called to speak to the manager who was Nepalese himself was like talking to a wall..no response nothing at all..mc Donald's ain't all it cracked up to be..order upon order wring.. fkn b.s
