Review Tien Giang Quan - Croydon

When I ordered they didn't tell me that cash only. So, when I went to pay I had need to drive distance to get cash out. When I got home I found my beef soup noodles haven't a liquid on it. I rang them and they told me to comeback for the soup. I am very disappointed 😤 and I told to them be responsible. I will not come back again...

Took 30 mins for a piece of bánh xèo (Vietnamese pancake). The food wasn’t the best either, it looked crisp but once you got to the centre it was soggy and falling apart. Not enough shrimp and meat and too much bean sprout.

A gem right in the middle of Arndale area!!! Superb Vietnamese dishes here! Very yummy all the time!

This is local gem. Sick of Bahn Mi and Pho? Give this place a try. Great food and some of the friendliest staff I’ve encountered. Brush up on your Vietnamese! Cash only, but there is an ATM next door inside 127 Days (a great burger joint!).

That Saturday's pancake was delicious. Crispy on the outside and soft inside and stuffed with meat and seafood. It's still not as good as LyHa's Kitchen though. 3.5 stars

Needs a bit more pop in their pho noodles stock. A bit lack luster

Had both the dry noodle and Pho both was really good, good flavours served hot and fresh.

Food is ok but the owner and her visitors should focus on cooking instead of gossipping and make customers wait. And with covid situation, they probably should wear masks while cooking, i saw them keep talking and laughing why preparing my meal, well never return.

Small but popular restaurant. We have previously tried the cold rolls were good as was the pancake (banh xeo). An unseasonably cold start to summer had us craving noodle soup so we returned for their special beef noodle soup and bun bo hue (spicy pork soup). Both were excellent.

The menu has a range of authentic Vietnamese dishes that you don’t find so easily such as Banh Xeo and Banh Beo. Your food is made in the small visible kitchen by the lovely chef which makes it that much better. It feels like you’re in Vietnam here. The food quality and flavour is balanced beautifully. Loving this place!

A small and rather dated place but they make nice pork chops. The broken rice can be a bit dry at times. The congee is also quite nice, especially when you are under the weather.

I've been here many times now and I usually only have the savoury VN pancake. I've tried their other dishes but they weren't really to my liking. Combination noodle (hu tieu) is sometimes good, on other days it smells very strongly of pork fat which makes it hard to eat. Their rice is ok, but the fish sauce it comes with is bland and could be better. They have some good days and some not so good, and it's hard to tell when I will get a good meal or if I will leave hungry.

Authentic. Definitely more on the authentic side of Vietnamese cuisine found in Australia rather than being commercial. Unlike many Vietnamese restaurants, it serves a wider variety of dishes from different parts of Vietnam, including Banh Xeo from the south/central, Bun Bo Hue from centre and the more traditional and well-known pho dish from the North. The restaurant also serves local and unknown dishes such as bun mang vit and chao long. Highly recommend.

Prawn Cold Rolls. My partner and I being a huge Pho fan, we almost try all of the pho shop around adelaide. Have not eat cold roll for a while, feel like eating it. We ordered freshly made prawns cold rolls followed by combination beef noodle soup. Although the cold rolls in different size, it tasted good.

Lovely. Delightful, small family Vietnamese restaurant with lots of traditional favourites including Banh Xeo every night! Yay!<br/>My favourite in the area, even though they don't serve alcohol.

There’s a multitude of small Vietnamese eateries out in the western suburbs that I’ve yet to eat at. The first place that I run into on my journey is Tien Giang Quan which is located in a small shopping complex on Days Road in Croydon Park. With exactly 24 items on the menu, their offerings can be classified as traditional Vietnamese fare which includes broken rice, rice noodle soups, beef noodle soup, salads and grilled meats, only to name a few.
