I am a regular customer of this shop. but I just want to share my very bad experience that I had recently. I placed order online to be picked up. So when I picked up paid by my credit card. After couple of week I realized the staff charged $ 254.00 instead of $25.40 I agreed this kind of mistake. co

Terrible delivery service. The driver left our pizzas on the ground and didn't bother knocking. There were plenty of better places to leave it, such as the table or the storage box outside, but no. after placing my order, i looked up this locations opening times, and felt incredibly bad upon realising they were close to closing. when my partner opened the door the delivery driver, they made a rude comment about making sure that we ordered earlier next time, as they now have a lot of washing up

These guys are fast, helpful and always courteous. Busy store and their value pizzas are delicious! Fast-forward to earlier this month (07/05) - was disappointed to find the chicken camembert pizza I ordered for my elderly friends became a chicken peri, which was not enjoyed and I was too far away

I bought two Pepperoni puff rolls, there was no peperoni inside them, just sauce and cheese. It is a shame!

They didn't understand their own menu which I ordered over the phone. I had to explain their menu to them more than 5 times. When I arrived i paid. When I collected the pizza, they wouldn't give me my pizza and claimed it was unpaid. Took showing my bank acc statement before they gave it to me.

I had the thin base pepperoni with spring onion, not only was it a quarter of the average price but it was twice as fast and ten times better, never had a bad pizza here since i came in 2005, also staff are always friendly and well skilled. Would give more stars if i could.
