Menu has a lot of great options and the food was good. I liked the spicy dough balls. Plenty of options on the vegan menu. However service was very slow and it wasn't particularly busy. We had to repeatedly ask for service and one member of staff that had just served another table said "You'll have to ask her when she comes back" when we asked for tea.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went to this pizza express branch Monday lunchtime with friends and my 1 year old son. From the moment we entered we felt welcomed as the lady who greeted us was so friendly-unfortunately I didn’t get any names but she had glasses and I think her hair in a plait. I ordered a kids main whilst I was waiting for friends and the server could see my son was getting frustrated and agitated (tiredness and hunger!) and gave us some bits of cucumber for him to eat whilst he was waiting for his pizza. As our mains arrived, another lady who worked there was interacting with my son who was in awe and loved the attention he was getting! I am assuming this was a manager who had dark hair. She went on to offer to take my son around the restaurant so we could eat out food. The food was amazing too, ate it all! Overall this experience was amazing and will definitely be back here. Service was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience great. It’s the little things that are really appreciated, and I managed to have a whole hot meal for the first time in a long time! Thank you to the whole team and especially the 2 ladies who we came into contact with, we will be back for another lunch/dinner at some point :)

Served quickly and food was as expected. Staff were all friendly and did not mind that we were not big spenders and chatted a long time after eating. It was not busy in the restaurant. Really helpful in terms of how to use the app to get free dough balls. Plan to go back for another chat, and pizza, soon

We go to this restaurant quite often around lunchtime. We enjoy the food. Staff have been friendly and helpful. Having the Pizza Express app has made the meals more affordable.

The starters and pizza were great as per. Staff were happy to put a few tables together for a walk-in of 11 people. The service was quite slow though which was a shame so we left quite late for a school night.

Had a takeaway pizza from here yesterday. Prices on the window were *much* cheaper than in the printed leaflet on the counter, but they confirmed that the window was correct.

Nice food and very friendly staff. Service a bit slow.
