This KFC in Dandenong Market needs a complete overhaul of people managing it. THE MANAGER THATS IN THE IMAGE BELOW IS TOTALLY RUDE ARROGANT AND SHOWS UNPROFESSIONALISM WITH TALKING TO CUSTOMERS/RUNNING A BUSINESS. WAITED 45MINUTES TO GET MY FOOD THE OTHER DAY. The place it self is a complete mess took pictures of there work environment and it completely does not seem they care about OHS Standards! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! Awful experience, staff ignored customers in store and were doing their own thing. One staff member even put in an order for themselves and continued to ignore the customers waiting in the line including myself. When I finally did get served after around 15 mins, I came to the front only to find that one of their most popular menu items: Wicked Wings, were apparently sold out. There was no indication of this at all, and the employee offered no apology or advice on an alternative, the customer behind me requested the same and was met with the same treatment as I. Drive Through line was long when I walked in and when I walked out after that ordeal, the same car was STILL at the front of the line. Incredibly bad service and unbelievable professionalism from all the staff. Can't believe they could do this, not even at a late hour of only around 7:30-8pm.

This branch of KFC has Halal certification. You have to tell them when you ordering.

By far the worst fast food experience I have ever had in my life. My family and I went through the drive-thru, ordered a couple things including strips and a large potato and gravy. We had to wait 10 minutes to be given our food at the window, and were then told the strips were going to be an 8 minute wait as someone had dropped them on the floor. We then got given our food and asked about the potato and gravy, which wasn't even given to us. They were going to let us drive away without even telling us they hadn't given us the potato and gravy- which they never actually had in the first place. Sold out, but we weren't told that when we ordered. I then asked for a refund for the potato and gravy, as we got compensation for our missing chicken strips. They then charged me for the potato and gravy AGAIN instead of refunding me. Ended up giving up on that, and just asked for more compensation for the extra charge and what was missing. Missing parts of our order, and missing extra compensation for the items we had missing in the first place, we just ended up driving away after 30 minutes in the drive through and six cars behind us. Worst experience I've ever had. Burgers were cold, zinger pieces were cold, popcorn chicken tasted like old oil and the service was awful. Hey. At least the chips were hot, I guess. Still tasted awful though.

The Zinger Stacker Burger was delicious and crispy. Overall it was a very good service from the front counter however the crew needs to improve on their Health and Safety when it comes to cleaning and sanitising the dine in area and bathroom.

Worst experience, unprofessional staff. I ordered online through their app and went to pickup in Drive through which I do every time, but as I went there, the girl on speaker said they don’t give online orders in drive through and I’ll have to go in, there was nothing such showing on the app and I selected drive through option in the app, I requested her as I already waited for 20 minutes and was getting late, she didn’t even replied. On the next window I again requested her to do this for me last time as I was getting late and already waited for good 25 minutes by now she rudely answered me NO and shut the window on my face. I went inside and waited for another 20 minutes as they couldn’t figure out my order despite showing them the receipt from the app. Asked me to show bank transaction and then They kept me waiting by saying your order is being prepared now and handed me cold and hard burgers. Never going back there. Deeply saddened as I had a toddler with me and got late as well.

This place turned me off KFC. Every time I’ve ordered from here my meal has always been cold or the bun or chicken rock hard, stale / expired products maybe? At times their drive-thru isn’t taking orders so you have to go order inside and wait up to 40mins for your meal. Staff seem run off their feet all the time which isn’t their fault, maybe management need to employ some extra people to help out. Place just seems like it needs a bit of an overhaul in management and cleanliness.

Thanks for the frozen solid chocolate mousse. The cashier even looked guilty and I was wondering why and only realised when I got home. Nice way to extend shelf life but next time just tell your customers when you're product is incorrect. Also, thanks for the hard as rock chicken. Couldn't even bite through it or cut through it with a spoon. Chips are always old and refried. Gross.
