Review Punjab Indian Takeaway - Dandenong

First visit after many years and was bitterly disappointed. Freezing cold sitting areas slippery floor. Whole spices in the butter chicken as well as overly spicy for children. Such a shame as this place was once a regular stop for us.

Food would have been great if it was not so hot I could not even eat it & service was terrible - twice I have been there and been very clear about my order and having it read back to me .... twice they have stuffed the order up !!!!! Seriously mind numbingly poor form from people that appear like they do not want to be there. Such a shame because it could be great. Ordered papadams and got a bag with crumbs in the bottom ?????? The experience was not a good one. The experience was more of a takeaway shop than that of a restaurant. Staff took a long time to serve.
