Review Mcdonald's - Dandenong

The manager which is the Asian guy that served me today, deliberately messed up my order putting a hand full of salt in my burger it was was literally salt burger not chicken burger. All because I asked him how long is it gonna take If you don’t wanna work then don’t work. Worst customer service. 0 out 5.

This store is disgusting The staff are rude especially one manager DENISE My 10 year old son and I waited nearly 20 mins for a cheese burger happy meal, when the above mentioned manager finally appeared, I asked her as to what the delay was, she mumbled something under her breathe, I then remarked with saying this was the worst store with the worst customer service skills to which she smugly smirked at me and turned her back

Worst McDonald's experience EVER Every second person who ordered got the response "sorry thats not available" no big macs, no quarter pounders, etc etc. I ordered a cheeseburger meal and they decided they would make the chips AFTER my burger was ready. They splashed my drink everywhere. Laughable

Placed an order via Uber eats. What was supposed to take 30 minutes took more than 1.5 hours. When the food finally arrived it was stone cold. No apology. No explanation. Quite disgusting really.

Such a bad quality food is served.... sour patties and smallest amount of salads just slapped over stale buns

The girl in the counter was harsh to us. We ordered a large chips and extra hot latte and we got the latte which is it even hot and got small chips. We informed her and she said she can’t change and she took the order back and not even refunded.
