Disgusting service that I received tonight. The girl at the speaker had an attitude, the chips were completely uncooked and I received and soggy roll with chicken and gravy rather than the rooster roll. I've been here multiple times and have received good service each time but this once.

Very rude manager. It spoke to staff unkindly, the whole restaurant could hear. It forgot to give us a spoon, because It was too busy talking. It then couldn't produce a receipt, too hard. The young staff were nice. They deserve a better manager.

6 July 2022 12:08pm Wednesday during school holidays, only 4 piece of fried chicken and no whole roast chicken ready. A whole train of cars behind me waiting. Only here coz my child wants Red rooster. May be the last time at this joint though, they have nothing to serve.

This was utterly disgusting. The discrepancy between any other big food chain and this sad excuse for a restaurant was gargantuan. Terrible burger with 0 sauce, might’ve gotten 3 good chips, chicken was dustier than nannas clunge and the only good part was the Vanilla Coke

Giving a 1 star is too much for the service I just received and yes I would be delighted to discuss this further. The girl who took my order was rude (did not know the meaning of customising my order) and with merely 3 cars ahead of me my order was ready and waiting when i got to the window to pay.

I’m not one who usually dines at red rooster, and after hear a plethora of complaints I question why I made the decision to try it for myself. However, a young lady by the name of Cecilia presented me with excellent customer service and a nice little conversation. I received my order in minutes less

Worst customer service experience ive had in a long time . Got home chips missing order packed wrong..Called up to get told its not wrong i packed it myself.. Regretfully i lost my patience.. Had to explain myself multiple times to be told my order was complicated... My order was correct it wasnt
