Review Mcdonald's Family Restaurants - Dandenong

This macdonald's has gotten worse and worse. Today was the last straw 21/12/21 750pm. Everytime I go here lately ships aren't eatable all soft and soggy. They give u empty large ships. The other morning they had no eggs left and said to have my McMuffin without egg lol. How can u eat it without the main ingredient. Today looks like they dropped the burger or who ever is working there or management have no idea. Everytime I go there the place looks like it's not managed well. Can see staff mucking around. It has really gone down hill. Shame on this macdonald's and the burger today completely discusting. Didn't even want to go back since everytime I told them about the empty large ships or soggy ones you will get attitude and I can't be bothered arguing. Management here needs a good look at. Everytime it's the same here uncontrolled and customers complaining and kids that work there mucking around. Unacceptable and needs to be looked at. Get your act together before someone gets sick.

They managed to get the removals correct, somehow couldn't figure out to add bacon on a bacon big mac And charged me for the extra cheese, but left that off too... Chips were decent though

Food and speed is good. Although I'd avoid the drive through. Went through ordered 2 big mac meals. The staff were too busy talking and mucking around. Ended up only getting one burger and chips but still paid the price for 2. Should always check before leaving drive through. Ordered Monday 22/2 at 2pm.

Received good drive-thru service even it was under staff as always on the Sunday morning around 8.45am. Still a slight wait at the waiting bay for my 5 hash browns. Staff brought out the order with a smile.

Zero stars, absolutely grim. Only good thing they have is the drinks and apple pies. Chips were old, cold and stale, don’t even get me started on the burgers. Big Mac sauce wasn’t right, it was really not right at all. The cheeseburgers were poorly constructed and there was sauce everywhere. The meat was GREY and the buns were stale. Fix your food please and get new back of house staff.

I am sad to report that since my last five star review two years ago, the quality of this particular McDonald’s has gone dramatically downhill. Predominantly ordering through Uber Eats I commonly find that I am missing items completely or that the order instructions were not followed, even though the bag that it comes in was completely sealed and not tampered with by the delivery partner. I ordered one of the new range chicken burgers two weeks ago which was undercooked.

The chips is burnt and very unhealthy. Everyone has to check their bag before they leave. The service is getting worse. I am not happy. 😡

Slowest maccas I've ever been to. Prepare to be in the waiting bay! And you're lucky if they get the order right!

would only recommend this store if you wanted to be abused upon entry.

Endeavour Hills McDonald delivery service through Uber Eats<br/>Made a lunch order, despite I applied free delivery coupon it still charged me $6.95 for delivery. I waited for 20+ minutes then call McDonald, they said the delivery has been competed, IT DID NOT, I did not receive my order, not even a call from the driver. McDonald refuse to do anything, only when I push then they gave me the number for the driver. I called the driver numerous times but he never answer. <br/>I double checked my phone, I never receive 1 single call from the driver, McDonald said it has nothing to do with them (they chose to use Uber service for delivery but act like it has nothing to do with them), I did not receive my order and I am out $30. Through Uber Eats I lodged a formal complaint against the driver who did not call me and left, did not deliver my food and took my food, never return the food to McDonald so I couldn't have the option to pick up from McDonald instead, obviously the driver is not going to put my order in the bin, he will eat it, the driver doesn't just get pay for the delivery but also got a $30 free lunch, what a scam, will contact McDonald head office to lodge a complain too. I ask for my money back, they still have my money. Will never ever use Uber eats or McDonald delivery ever again and will tell every single person I know to not trust them ever. <br/>I have been using eatnow.com.au for years, they are more reliable, give you options to pick up if they couldn't fulfil the order, contactable both restaurant and admins of the website, refund done over the phone with no delay, always got my food except once that that restaurant was closed on that day and got refunded within minutes. This websites has less restaurant options, but at least they don't take my money for nothing, I will stick with eatnow from now on, never Uber eat again. AND will never trust McDonald for delivery again, they took no responsibility for this situation. Staffs are cold and rude, they just don't care, you lost money, that's your problem, they do nothing.

Worst McDonald’s in Melbourne you go there 9 out of 10 times and the ice cream is not working, they often get your order wrong and you order large chips and you only get just over half bucket. Will never go there again.

One of the worst McDonald's ive been to for service and food quality. Told to park in waiting bay behind 4 other cars to wait for a drink...

Good as staff really friendly but really don't like the cleaning lady that's there at like 3am I love the McCafe get the right order about 90% of the time <br/>I'm a mcmuffin fan and I really don't like when I get a sausage patty and it tastes like a regular burger patty

Pretty bad mcdonalds.<br/>Drive thru here is the worst I've ever seen... So tight and uninviting.<br/>Bad fries, everytime i get some they are cold and soggy.<br/>Icecream is good here though!<br/><br/>Needs security in the carpack because wild emu's run wild with undies on their heads in the carpark
