Review Ho Inn - Dandenong

If there was 0 star I'd rate this place a zero. The curry Laksa is plain and the prawns are not fresh, everything in the bowl is not fresh, I could put those stuff in my body, it was just horrible. The kids fried rice was dry, just the frozen veggies stir in steam rice, not stir-fried. Everything is disgusting. If you want to food, go somewhere else please.

When I went there, the food was great, up to the excellent standard of Asian fast food. However, I got to admitted, several times some of the customers kept harassing the staff there, and want them to give them 'more meat than rice', I think the staff was reluctantly compliant. I think the staff should avoid those customers.

they way they greeting customers is extremely uncivil. If their customer service is this bad at the start, i am not going to find out how god awful their food must be.

Cheap for a full to the brim container of food and was the tastiest Chinese food I've ever had. Highly recommend if you're in the Dandenong plaza food court.

Purchased food, walked straight up escalator to car just outside the door, sat in car to eat & food was freezing cold!

If you are going to pay by gift cards. You will be humiliated by them. They live in 1800 world

Had 6 pork dumplings for $5 bargain! The dumplings had a really good filling although the skin was a bit thick. They give you attitude when you ask for some soy sauce and chilli oil.

Ordered few trays of party food. One was honey chicken. It didn't even look like it had honey and there were no sesame seeds on top. By time we got tray to the party and opened it, everyone was there so no time to call about it. Two days later I went back to complain. Lady looked up footage and showed me video of chef putting honey into the chicken - I disputed did not have sesame seeds and looked nothing like what they serve. She argued because it was catering they leave it out due to allergies. I advised we did not say we had allergies, to which she continued to tell me it's for all orders - I was not told this at time of ordering. Not only that their menu has a photo of their honey chicken drenched in shiney honey with sesame. What we got just looked like battered chicken. She refused to offer any sort of partial refund, as what I got was not what I ordered. For $5 refund she could've kept a customer. But now they must deal with this review and lose customers. Shame. Learn to treat your customers better and give them what they order. For $45 a small tray I expect it to be good. Bye.
