Review Mcdonald's - Dandenong

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL STORE. (Update 12/05/22 Male bathroom still locked) McDonald's solution to fix a broken amenties after weeks is to simply lock the door. BP workers have complained. No result. I've mentioned it to Chantel at Hq. No result. Just lock the door and hide the problem ( to improve the store experience ) according to Joanne Potts. Service here is attrocious and you will have a guaranteed wait of atleast 10 minutes. But that's only if they don't totally ignore you for 5 minutes when coming in. The staff here really do lack basic customer service skills or simply don't care. Nothing will change!

Friendly service most of the time and quick with orders, but I get free egg shell in the muffin almost everytime I get the bacon and egg muffin in the mornings. I understand that it's made in a rush to serve drive through but please pay enough attention not to drop egg shells with whatever meal. Thanks!

Went in about 11PM on 08/02/2022 to buy a meal on my way home. Seems like they picked the lettuce from the trash. Absolutely disgusted.

Worst mcdonalds i personally been to, took 20 mins for mcspicy burger and then when asked about it staff talking with attitude and says patty takes 8 mins to fry, first ever excuse heard from maccas and yet it took them 20 mins for a patty that can be fried in 8 mins. And also the attitude of staff was just a headache

I have never walked into a store as filthy and disgusting as this one. I felt physically sick watching staff stepping over food on the floor (that looked like had been there for hours). The food service was slow, the staff hygiene was non-existent and the food packaging was covered in grease.

If you want to ruin your own day definitely come here. Everytime I have ordered McDonald’s it has been incorrect missing items or the food given to me is just questionable. Ordered nuggets and they came with random pieces of other stuff and the nuggets itself were not even edible. Hygiene doesn’t exist at this store. Do not order from this maccas on uber eats door dash or Menulog you’ll end up disappointed. Just appalling.

they forgot some of the items and forgot to make the coffee not decaf - caused my mum to get sick (she can't have caffeine). Please be careful for the safety of your customers. I have been warned that they always forget items in drive thru, but the decaf is a serious issue

This McDonald was open at 11:00pm. Nice place for sitting and beside of that there is a fuel station as well.

Went to this McDonalds 09/07/2017 on the way through to a family gathering. Went through drive thru, ordered two large coffees and three harsh browns at 10am. Paid at 10:05am. Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes before the car in front finally just drove off. Didn't really know what the go was... pulled up to the window to receive our order. No one was attending the window. Beeped our horns, yelling through the window, beeping again. Finally got service and was handed two semi warm coffees & three cold hash browns through the window that had been sitting there for 19 minutes... Ended up saying I wanted it remade. Was told that a staff member had run off, on shift... I parked my car, and walked in to wait for my order. From what I could see, 2 McCafe Staff Roy the manager 2 front counter service girls 2 cooks out back Seven staff and the shop was not extremely busy. Just a long line of disgruntled people going through drive thru and getting no service. What I am more annoyed with apart from wasting 20 minutes of my time in drive thru is that I was given a cold order after 20 minutes of waiting. And expected to be happy. Pretty terrible and after reading the rest of the reviews honestly not surprised... Restaurant Number #1313 ABN: 21 679 914 519 Order Number: 164 Time Of Transaction: July 9. 10:05am.

To put it simple this place is shit and cant get a simple order correct

The staff on Friday night just the greatest always ready to help kind and considerate5 stars for sure
