Last time I ordered a McFavourites box, only to get home and find that there was a quarter pounder missing from the order and the 4 medium fries were not even half full - less than small fries. It has to be the worst service that I have ever received! They were more concerned with Uber drivers & Drive through than customers standing in front of them. Had to wait at least 20 minutes! Then you get the half hearted apology "sorry for the delay". Really!

Easily the worst McDonalds in the Illawarra. I'm not sure if the staff are under-trained, or if they just don't care, but it seems that packing a correct order is the furthest thing from their minds.
