Someone was in front of me waiting to be served but the girl behind the counter ignored them, even after I pointed them out. She also didn't clean up after the last ice cream she prepared so that got mixed in with mine. She didn't crush up the mix-ins properly and then she charged me for a large aft

I usually love cold rock. But they got rid of plastic spoons. It tastes terrible now with the wood spoons. Such a shame. The place 50 metres from it called John johns still has plastic spoons.

Really friendly staff who are happy to help out with your custom icecream request. The art of adding your mix ins to the icecream is a display worth experiencing.

4 stars as there is not much to chose from for those who are lactose intolerant.

Kaitlyn served us 19/8/20, neither of us had been to Cold Rock before and she was very helpful. The icecream was yum.

This young islander fella served me at cold rock best experience definitely recommend going into cold rock and being served he is good at his job and makes effort for his customers and is always polite.
