We ordered take away. Very yum! Wouldn't mine a bit more spice!

I came into the store in the evening and I was the only customer. The lady behind the counter had her back turned from the service area while she was on her phone which I can understand, it’s a quiet night. I wasn’t expecting 5-star service but a hello would be nice when she finally noticed me and took my order. As I was watching her make my order, she had not washed her hands prior and almost forgot to put gloves on (hello food safety). I was waiting for my burrito to be made when I received a phone call I had been waiting to place another order when a lady came out from the kitchen area to basically tell me while I was still on the phone: “For future reference, don’t talk on the phone while getting your order done”and then went back in the kitchen. I understand it’s rude to be on a call while ordering but it’s also rude to interrupt someone who is on the phone - about to purchase another one of your products which the staff who was on her phone earlier then proceeded to “lovingly” make (check photo for reference). I may not be a frequent customer but “for future reference” I may just be a lot more infrequent due to the quality of service and product I experienced.

Fairly standard Zambrero. Does what it says on the tin. Food is perfectly edible and the staff were friendly.

Rip off hot sauce is sickly sweet and not that hot. Not many toppings and jalapenos are .50 extra. $18 for a lot of corn chips and a coke. Won't be back

Wont be eating Zambrero's ever again. I ended up with food poisoning on the weekend an hour after I had eaten from here. My partner has also had food poisoning from Zambrero's a few months ago when we visited Perth. Maybe the stores need to check how their foods are being stored. Are they being kept at the right temperature and thrown out after a certain time. Maybe its something else about how the shop runs. I don't know, but Im too scared to eat Zombrero's ever again.

Good tasty food but....no gluten free tortilla option. Mission Tortillas do a corn tortilla so you might consider adding them. Secondly, the portion control is terrible. If you're going to add salsa then add salsa. Don't sprinkle 6 pieces of tomato, corn and onion over the food. If you're trying to style off Chipotle in the States then you're a very long way behind. Nice but unsatisfied for the price.

As mentioned below, a MASSIVE difference in portion size. I ordered the 12inch burrito (if i remember correctly), and it ended up a 6-7inch wrap (if lucky) once the server folded into itself. I was very disappointed with the portion size, considering i was used to the size portions in ACT. Paying $2 for a small smear of guacamole was extortion. I at one stage had to ask for more of everything, and it still ended up small. Will give it one more go, if it isn't fixed, I will not come back. Very dissapointing.

On average I'm in your store 4 times a week - today was the first time I haven't been satisfied in over 6 months. I bought the chicken IQ bowl , which is $14+ . Normally there's enough food that I feel content and it takes me over 10 minutes to get through it . Today I got less than half of my normal serving size , but not by choice . 1 scoop of IQ mix with a few lettuce leaves ? Where's the value ?! I was quite dissappinted when I mentioned there is normally more food included ($14+ you would hope so) and told no . Honestly it's my own fault . I should of pestered or walked out but the food is so delicious . Let's hope next time I have someone who is aware of general serving sizes .

Food was amazing and there was heaps of it!! The staff were very friendly too. Will definitely be going back there. Only disappointment was the fact there was coriander in the salsa but there was heaps of amazing sauce to compensate for this.

Great to see Zambrero here in Darwin! Delicious as always! I have to agree with the other reviewers though, the burrito size seemed disappointingly small compared to what I've had at the Adelaide stores.
