Review Papparich - Darwin

We ordered 20mins later then the first item on the table was chicken skin, it was so old, over cook, no taste and not even hot as well. So made us more confuse why it need to took 20mins for a not even warm dish. Then the main course come at the 30mins the Crsipy chicken was dry as well. And the fired egg was coming late when I almost finish my dish. Steam chicken was fine but why did not cut it probably and coriander was old as you can see in the picture. Final the curry fish fillet noddle soup was the worst experience we had ever have curry soup, night market was far away better than Papparich. Last the restaurant of ceiling light was keep twinkle, so bad when you dining indoor and the light just like broken and no one noticed that. Inclusion, I won’t recommend to visit Papparich in Darwin. But Melbourne’s Papparich was great.

The papa Wat Tan Hor is so delicious. It's like fried kway teow with egg drop gravy. Definitely must try !! Portion is so big and it's not expensive too. For drinks i recommend papa cham (coffee mixed with tea). It's my regular restaurant to go in casuarina.

I visited on boxing day after tiring day of shopping for lunch. The food was delicious. I had also ordered “ ABCD” for desert. It was very delicious and pretty looking. The staff was also friendly and quick considering the busy boxing day when it was full. A most visit place at Casurina Square.

Fresh from the microwave, just as we like it cold and burnt. Definitely would not order again. If you want dry and old food. This is the place to be. What happened paparich?

Awesome matcha desserts~ But the water bottles provided were a bit dirty on the lid... Other than that, the service was good, great hospitality and awesome atmosphere

The food was awesome. However, the cashiers on black outfit was quite unpleasant, while were waiting to pay, she didn't even looked at us or smiled at us. She was doing something on her phone and didn't pay attention to customer. This not how customer are supposed to be treated

Papparich Casuarina has always been the place for our family dinner. We always try different menu and it never disappoint us. We absolutely love the ambience and the staff are very friendly.

It's a great place with good food. Ordering food is different to that of a traditional restaurant but the staff is very helpful and provide quick service!!!

Had my birthday dinner with friends & workmates and service was excellent, food was insanely delicious and the ambience is so relaxing. Staffs are amazing too. Thank you Papparich Casuarina the food is absolutely yummy � highly recommended!

Our favourite go-to when we are in town. If only every restaurant was like this! Easy, fast, delicious food, good service.

Service sucks.... Arrogant staff!! I came first time for lunch with a friend and 3 children. we were given a seat with small square table and 4 chairs. Requested a 4 chair seating with bigger table but rejected (the restaurant was practically 2/3 empty). then requested another table to put together but again rejected. I said the space won't be enough, then he said i need to put the 2 prams outside or all of us move outside. squishing 5 people in a very small table, very uncomfortable, just because my daughter want to try the food. next, in the middle of eating and juggling with my baby the staff suddenly lifted up my plate - excuse me, I haven't finished eating yet!!!! Can't remember he even bother to say sorry. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - will never come again - not recommended. Unless management do something about their service, people just going to come once and never come back.

The service was really great, the food was amazing!! The Prawn Char Kway Teow was to die for!

Wasn't busy today but Waited 30mins for a coke with ice, customer service was shit!. Not smiling, my plate of food got thrown on the table and the chicken curry was cold. Asked for water when we walked in, finally got it when we were walking out....�������

Emmm I don't even know where to start from but I was given old chicken today. I asked the girl to ask the chef how old the chicken was. She came back telling me the chicken was cooked 30 minutes earlier. I am sorry but I am 100% sure that was a lie. That chicken was so hard and looked like it was cooked 3 days ago. Plus my fried eggplant tasted like fish! And just a little tip: please don't serve meals separately. I don't like watching my boyfriend eating while I am starving. And I don't like to let him wait for my meal because it will get cold. Don't like eating my meal after he has finished his one either! But bloody hell you let me wait for old food?? So what was I waiting for? And why would u serve someone a chicken that has been cooked 30 earlier? (Even if I think it was way older than that) The girl has been nice as she didn't charge us for my meal (maybe because she knew the truth). Although I left hungry because I didn't have any more time. Unfortunately I will not come back.

Although the service was not very friendly, and we had never been before, so we just fumbled our way through as no one explained how it worked. The delivery of our food was basically thrown at us.. With no explanation of what was what. The food itself was outstanding! So we will go back just for the food!

We have eaten there 3 times and I cannot complain about the service or staff. The food is always delicious and a treat to look forward to.

The food is so good!!!! The door bell table noise is strange but the food excedes any minor non issues.

PappaRich serves delicious food with good service. I love the Roti and the Nasi Goreng especially.

Had lunch with my friends here. Tried their nasi lemak and wat tan hor fun. Their sambal doesn’t taste like the usual paparich in Malaysia. But acceptable. Not spicy though. Their wat tan hor fun is so good. I will be back for it.

The worst customer service that I’ve experienced. I was forced to eat a red and raw deep fried chicken and been questioned if I ever ate chicken before. Not even offer to exchange and not even an apology. Will definitely never go back. It was terrible experience.

Fast service and food is tasty! Ordered the nasi lemak curry chicken with rice and can say that it consistently tastes great every single time. Only downfall is the price of the meal, more on the expensive side.

PappaRich has a pretty niche market in Darwin - they are the only sit down Malay place with an extensive menu. Even though it's just an "average" PappaRich it's still pretty exciting it is in Darwin! The food is a good range of standard Malay fare with flavours erring on the conservative side.

Exactly what you would expect from a Pappa Rich. Missing a few item from their menu seen in rother states which was a pity <br/>Got seated without menus and had to Buzz.to get a menu and food took a long time<br/><br/>Also a little bit pricey really for what they are <br/>Might go exploring other places in the area for a cheaper eat

Food was really nice and hopefully it stays that way, as it is so easy for franchises to have their reputations diminished over time through bad management.<br/><br/>The Ipoh noodle soup had way too much soup but was surprised to see it come in a big bowl. The bad thing is the pricing of these dishes though (way too expensive). Considering food is more expensive in the NT, I did have doubts about PappaRich's pricing.<br/>

Some hit and miss but mostly decent and a good variety. Comfortable environment. Pricey compared to other branches (don't even start comparing it to Malaysia) but normal prices by Darwin standards.

You know exactly what foods to expect with PappaRich which I love. However, a number of teething issues being newly opened such as invoicing food orders incorrectly, leaving someone else's bill on the table and drinks coming out long after main meals were served. On a positive note, service is super friendly despite a hectic dinner service.
