Great Darwin markets, good for local fruit and veg. Something to eat in Asian cuisine style and of course the obligatory fruit smoothies.
Just be aware that not all vendors accept eftpos, however the fact is typically well signposted
Our usual weekend veggie shopping here. Amazing to find all the tropical south Asian fresh veggies and fruits here such as Okra , Banana flowers and stem, star fruitz jackfruit, fresh coconuts etc
Good market to get fresh vegetables and thai food and all were reasonably priced.

Been here for Sunday market. The market quite small compared to 7 years ago, when I was in Darwin. You can find Asian food + veggie in here.
You can't fault Rapid Creek Sunday Markets, lots of shops for all the regular needs during Mon to Sun, with markets open for Saturday and Sunday its adds value to the place.. probably one of the place where everyone in Darwin has been there once ..
A little more rustic than the others with its narrow passageways and wide selection of vegetables and fruits on display. A carpark section at one side has all the thai, Vietnamese, Malaysian type of foods.
There is so plenty of many small business at Rapid Creek during Monday to Friday & specially weekend, where their many people looking around for Asian food's stand.
