Such a lovely meal. It was a bit of a wait but that's expected for Sunday & the staff were lovely and friendly. Most importantly, the food was definitely worth the wait! Local produce showed off in the best ways & we all enjoyed our meals here.
Went to Pancho for lunch over the weekend. Staff were lovely and the service was quick. My brother and I both had the roast beef roll, which I would highly recommend. Also had the chai tea, which was really nice too, and had honey you could add on the side so the tea could be sweetened to your liking. Would definitely go here again.
We had lunch at Pancho on Wednesday. Food was delicious, the coffee was great and the staff were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Loved it!
Highly recommend this cafe, the food is amazing. I had the Warm Spring Salad that has incredibly good tasting produce and loved the tahini goats cheese dressing. My girlfriend has the Beef Roll which sounds standard but again it’s the produce, relish and pickle that make this amazing. Coffee is nice and reasonably strong and the Carrot Cake we shared again really tasty. Nice intimate feel in the very contemporary cafe and service was exceptional.
Seriously a stunning meal, incredible service and beautiful decor. The best breaky I’ve had in a long time and a menu that is much more refined than any other in the region. Thanks Pancho!
Had lunch here on a weekend and it's definitely the best place in town. Food is amazing and good value. Service is quick, attentive but not overbearing, and everyone seemed to be enjoying their work. I've heard the owners are big on having proper staff conditions and wages etc so maybe that's why. You can see lots of care has gone into everything -the decor, the crockery etc - so the place just has a really lovely feel.
I'm not sure why zomato has classified it as $$$$ - we had lunch for 3 adults and a 4 year old plus coffees and it was only $60, so should be only $ or $$ at most.

Was at Daylesford with family and was in a hunt for a nice comfy cafe. We were seated at their beautiful, quiet courtyard with lush vegetation. We ordered iced mocha, latte and blueberry smoothie with the fig and nut cake. Delightful! Every bite of the cake was divine, wasn’t expecting it —tasted like Christmas! The smoothie was delish too. Very good customer service. Will come back!
What a gem! Super friendly and fast service, fantastic food, very nice decor and music. Can not fault this place. Better than most brunch places in Melbourne even! Would hands down recommend and will go back!
Love this cafe. Have been here twice. The beef roll was the best beef roll that I have ever had. Large servings. Everything is so fresh. Loved the trout. A must go to for breakfast in daylesford! Thank you for a lovely breakfast/brunch
Beautifully furnished cafe on the main strip of Daylesford. Extremely inviting and friendly attentive staff. Coffee was brilliant and the potato and leek hash breakfast was divine. Will and would continue to come back :)
For a cold Sunday morning, there is nothing better than going to a random new place called "Pancho" which still has no rating and after trying, find it really awesome.
Stylish food, healthy and high quality ingredients, joint with excellent coffee that are served by super friendly staff makes it an amazing experience.
Excellent cafe. Went with a bunch of friends to celebrate a few birthdays and the food was spectacular - would highly recommend the Reuben Eggs. Coffee was also great too. A bit cramped on the inside, the wonderful staff and service give it a homely feel as opposed to a claustrophobic one. Will come back when I'm in the neighbourhood - food worth the wait 👌👌
First time I visited Daylesford this is the place where I got my first coffee in town and slice of chocolate brownies it was really tasty. This time I got to try their food and we’re all amazed with everything that we’ve order. Worth the wait in line. All the staffs are friendly. Will definitely come back and try more of their food!
Hands down best coffee and service in Daylesford! Great team, super friendly, incredibly fast. Quality beans with perfect execution. Brunch was on point for flavour and presentation, absolute top of the range. Only downside (and star loss) is limited menu with not so many options. If you’re ok with what few items they do have you will LOVE IT

When in Daylesford, I highly recommend experiencing breakfast at Panchos. Fantastic coffee, friendly service and tasty, well presented food! A great start to the day!
Such a lovely cafe. Cosy inside with surprisingly more seating than it appears. I came here to work over breakfast and loved it. I sat at a little nook by the window. Great atmosphere, great service, great food. Highly recommend.
Sooo goood! The banana muffins aren’t real, tasted like heaven. The coffee is great and the service as well.

Exceptional. I ordered the sardines on toast and what a flavour bomb 💣 we also got the Pancho eggs which was very well elevated execution on a classic. Amazing value for the quality of food.
What a great place! Really cosy interior with a cute spiral staircase and intimate upstairs dining. There are outdoor tables too and a handy takeaway window. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming; we appreciated that they asked to see our Vax certificates too. When food took a little longer than expected (not surprising that they are super popular!) they came and updated us before we thought to ask. The coffee was really good and three chicken congee was just AMAZING. Wish we were staying in town longer so we could keep coming back!!
