Pitstop for some pies. They were alright. Not much meat in them. The shepherdspie had stacks of potato, so they made it more filling. Just felt the pies were thin meatwise. Maybe half the depth of a typical pie (meat) I'd expect. Pastry was good.
It was very crowded, but the staff didn't waste time and service was pretty good. The pumpkin soup was fantastic and the bread roll was beautiful. The only thing I didn't like was the coffee, such a shame. Will have to give it another try to see if the coffee was just a one off dozy.

Had a plain meat pie and a sausage roll. The pie was ok. Could be better. The sausage roll was great. Everything a sausage roll should be. When I went to pay by card I was informed that there is a 40 cents surcharge to use a card. When I queried this I was told it is to give the use of the eftpos m
