Drive through order served by Bailey on Thursday night was awesome. Never had better customer service at a fast food place. They were lovely, cheery and fast with taking/relaying our order. Thanks Bailey!
Awful. They didn't have original recipe so I got hot and spicy - ok fine. Then they didn't have the drink I wanted. Then they didn't have potato and gravy so they added an extra packet of chips. And to top it off, they ran out of chicken so instead of 10 pieces they give me 5 and add chicken nuggets

Honestly I work in food services and I could not do what these kids do! Came in 22/7 at 5:30ish and they were packed 10/12 cars in drive through, ubers, menulog going off and a packed restaurant and every single worker was kind, fast and didn't show the stress on their faces 😅
Chicken, chips, potato and gravy had no taste, could not taste what they were supposed to be. Was the worst meal we have had. Tables were not cleaned we cleaned the table we were going to sit at and eat our meal. Will never go back to that KFC again
asked for the xmas in july feast got to the second window they gave me a family feast quality of chicken was poor way too many wings as i asked for no wings $44 wasted want be buying from that store again
Absolutely one of the best KFC's I have been here 8 times everything ordered in meals hot like it should be and drinks ice cold. I would rather drive the extra 14 klms to get a delicious meal with all the things I have ordered and wipes and wooden cutlery nothing missing at this KFC.
This use to be one of the best KFC's around until new management arrived.
Every time orders are wrong or you get home to find items missing ... & when you have to go out of your way and hop back in the car to make your way down there the best they can do is "roll their eyes at you" as if your being
