Perfect for early Sat evening dinner with toddler. Very friendly staff, particularly the Canadian woman. Meals served were yummy and made fast. Love a good wood fired pizza place. Great that they provided textas & paper for my son to doodle. Rocket salad was made with hazelnuts (not pinenuts as advised) best to advise of any allergies when ordering. Would recommend booking ahead for a table of 4 or more. Lovely restaurant
Delicious hidden local gem! Wonderful beach views with lovely staff. Some may say the menu is limited but to me, that means every item has been carefully planned & not just there for the sake of it - compliments to the chef. Can't wait to (drive all the way from the northshore) & visit again :)

Delizioso. It's like eating at your Grandmas house, simple and fresh ingredients. The difference is we don't have many rules! Red wine and grappa in the menu? Yes please. My daughter, she's 5, loves it here and loves the pizza. Do yourself a favor, sit at the chef's table and talk about pizza-making with the chef. So glad we have this as our new local.

Literally the best service I've experienced.
Every time they exceed my expectations but tonight as I turned up to collect my takeaway pizzas with my baby on my hip after a hectic day a work they insisted bringing the pizzas to my car with me. Thank you. You absolutely made my day The Italian Room!
I really love visiting The Italian Room, the pizza's are up there with the tastiest on the Northern Beaches, the pasta and main meal's are incredible - it's hard to go past the Truffle Pasta when in-season and the blazing heat from the wood fire makes it a pleasant dining environment. Incredible Service and homely vibes.
Excellent service and the food was authentic Italian. We ordered Swordfish and Pizza with Grilled Octopus Entrée. Those dishes definitely live up to the reputation.
Tasty wood fired oven pizza. Ordered pick up and it took 45min until it was ready (although, they mentioned something was wrong with their oven that night).
Would be good if there was more variety of flavours/toppings.
Oh my goodness! My partner and I tried to get in last night, but the restaurant was full. We got take away and oh man, the food was EPIC! So impressed. We had the rigatoni veg pasta, a vegetarian pizza and the calamari starter and it was magnificent. Looking forward to booking a table and dining in. Love it! Well done guys, fantastic food at reasonable prices.
4 superb entrees great pizzas and pasta. Steak ordered rare but came well done was the only letdown on the food side. Service was haphazard, first of all non existent then overbearing. I think they were trying to make up for the non service at the beginning. Having said that they were very busy , which they deserve to be but surely they could put on another waiter. Still a good night
Amazing pizza and very affordable for the authentic quality of the ingredients. Ordered and they were on time for pick up, gave us an extra pizza for free because one had a tiny whole in it we wouldn’t have even noticed! Super friendly staff, generous, affordable and super good quality! Will be a repeat customer and recommending to everyone I know.
