I was absolutely blown away at the quality of this restaurant, the bar downstairs doesn't do justice to the restaurant on the upper level, and the bar is great!
Great view, amazing ambiance, incredible setting and attentive staff was only topped by the stunning menu.
We had a broad selection of dishes but unfortunately the Wagu and Salmon was out, so I will be back!

Great Japanese food, friendly staff & magnificent views. We were there on sunny winter Sunday for lunch and were surprised it was so quiet. Kids will love the $15 kids platter. Casual dining/ bar downstairs. Large floor space upstairs. Will be back

One of the best places on Dee Why Beach. Stunning location, amazing food, attentive and wonderful staff. Took my dad here for his 66th Birthday lunch, no reservation and straight in.
The Matcha cheesecake with ice cream is amazing.

I love Dee Why Beach and Japanese food is my favourite cuisine. I was so excited to hear about Deck 23 reopening under a new owner and serving modern Japanese cuisine. The food was so beautifully presented and tasted delicious. The fit out is modern and spacious with a cool bar downstairs for pre-dinner drinks or lounge near the open balcony upstairs. The space accentuates the food and the stunning ocean view. I will be back many times

Interesting dishes, very fresh and well presented. The Khatsu chicken was like a plain schnitzel for the less adventurous. Beautiful view over the beach.
