Ordered & waited 15 minutes on Lo be told another 8 minute wait because they ran out of cooked chicken, in the meantime a dozen cars serves through the drive through. Asked for a refund & was advised they would send an email & arrange a refund, don’t know how long it takes.

Picked up Lunch today $4.95 box both , 2 pieces of chicken ! But wait chips were old and cold, Chick 1 piece fine the other the size on a thumb . They they eat it or make all sizes smaller to save costs.

No choice of spicy chicken pieces, bought Mixed feast - chips old and wilted, instead of four Original
recipe pieces just three plus one wing. Very dissatisfied.

Nightmare for delivery drivers, waited almost an hour. All they say is wait or cancel everytime i was there. What an attitude or management lesson to their staff..fun fact there was not a single customer in front line

Run of mill place, great staff, food OK too. Double check your takeaway bag thou, things got forgotten few times.
Ordered while in parking space then, went in to pickup. Easy, nice customer service. Also server was very efficient and asked the right things. 10/10 for service today
