New York Minute, award-winning burger joint and my go-to choice on Uber eats! You cannot go wrong with their sweet potato or potato fries - the addicting flavour and crispy texture of these fries is enough to satisfy my palate. This is perfect when dipped in their chipotle mayo or sweet chilli aioli sauce on the side. The enormous proportion, even for a small size, can make you full for such a cheap price.

Their burgers are as good as their fries. I’ve ordered almost all of their burgers and they can be a hit and miss at times. Their elaborate menu of their burgers from different regions of the US should be worth exploring. Their buns are crispy and oh so buttery, which is my ideal kind of brioche bun. Their beef is juicy and full of flavour, but can be sometimes dry. I’m not a bacon lover hence my opinion may be biased, however, the bacon in these burgers sometimes lack the crispiness that I love. The slow-cooked brisket on the top can be slightly overpowering with pepper, and dominate the other elements of the burger. The brisket I had with this Brooklyn burger was slightly dry but did melt in my mouth.

The fried chicken burger was slightly dry, but flavour was perfect, with a nice crisp on the coating. Overall, every burger is worth trying, especially with the wide range of burgers, each with their own flavour.

The food was fresh and tasted amazing very delicious. Also very friendly staff especially Jimmy who was very helpful at the counter. Also a clean and pleasant environment.
