New York Minute, award-winning burger joint and my go-to choice on Uber eats! You cannot go wrong with their sweet potato or potato fries - the addicting flavour and crispy texture of these fries is enough to satisfy my palate. This is perfect when dipped in their chipotle mayo or sweet chilli aioli sauce on the side. The enormous proportion, even for a small size, can make you full for such a cheap price.
Their burgers are as good as their fries. I’ve ordered almost all of their burgers and they can be a hit and miss at times. Their elaborate menu of their burgers from different regions of the US should be worth exploring. Their buns are crispy and oh so buttery, which is my ideal kind of brioche bun. Their beef is juicy and full of flavour, but can be sometimes dry. I’m not a bacon lover hence my opinion may be biased, however, the bacon in these burgers sometimes lack the crispiness that I love. The slow-cooked brisket on the top can be slightly overpowering with pepper, and dominate the other elements of the burger. The brisket I had with this Brooklyn burger was slightly dry but did melt in my mouth.
The fried chicken burger was slightly dry, but flavour was perfect, with a nice crisp on the coating. Overall, every burger is worth trying, especially with the wide range of burgers, each with their own flavour.
This burger joint will always be my easy go-to late night cheap eats
Great tasty burgers! The service is fast and good and the staff is very friendly. Forgot to mention that the chips are crunchy and delicious. Try the normal and the sweet potato ones. This place is highly recommended.
The food was fresh and tasted amazing very delicious. Also very friendly staff especially Jimmy who was very helpful at the counter. Also a clean and pleasant environment.

I've ordered their springtime and north meadow veggie burgers. Both of them were really fresh and juicy. Would love to visit again.
I’ve ordered from NYM in highpoint years ago and did not like the burgers from what I remembered, however decided to give this store a shot. We ordered the two vegetarian burgers and they were punched full of flavours and staff were super friendly considering we walked in at 1am. Would definitely recommend anyone who is craving a burger late at night as they close at 2am on most days!

Burgers are tasty! I don't know if its a New York thing to pack a burger in a bag and serve it upright in a card box, it's definitely not Australian or practical for that matter as the sauce is a mess at the bottom of the box. I prefer my burgers on a plate, nonetheless these burgers hit the spot and went down well with some wedges on the side. Recommend a visit!
The staff are always friendly and it’s nice to go in there and see them enjoying being at work.
The beef burgers are all pretty good and the fried chicken is really tasty, like classy pieces of kfc. The fried chicken also have decent bits of meat on them.
Food has always been fresh every time I have been.
The only negative I have are some of the chicken burgers are bland and the chicken fillet tastes plain like chicken breast with some vegeta on it.
Came here for a midnight snack to replenish after a big gym session with my gym partner. Oh boy, did it hit the spot! Very yummy! Ordered the 'New York Burger' along with Chicken and Sweet Potato Chips! Best chips we've had in the sweet potato kind and the burger was juicy as! Will come back again to this chilled & lit venue. Thank you for the pleasant service, as well! BTW, they actually close at 2am! Sweet!
A vegetarian/vegan person's delight! Have been to a few NYMs and other burger joints in Melbourne but I must say the customer service at this joint is exceptionally good. Having tried all their 3 vego options for me North Meadow is a winner. Went their as a group of 8 at 11:45PM but we were still greeted with a smile and were not rushed out of the restaurant even though it was way out their closing time.
Will definitely come back here and definitely recommended to all vegetarian/vegan or for someone with late night cravings!!
Great food, friendly staff and the best fried chicken burgers ever!!!! YUM. Don’t forget the shakes too! My favourite is Oreo and Chocolate Ripple.

New York Minute, the newest addition to an otherwise unremarkable Brimbank Shopping Centre that adds a perfect spot offering good food, service and an experience that might just be worth calling a local gem. From the outset of our entry, the owner himself met us with enthusiasm offering recommendations as well as news on expansion of the menu, ensuring we were well informed and comfortable with our experience. From entry to exit, all staff present were nothing short of accomodating and friendly.
Today we ordered the Pulled pork roll (which is actually a burger) as well as the burger with the beef brisket, beef and pulled pork, accompanied with out favourite sweet potato fries. The pulled pork burger was tasty, offering a very tender and succulent pulled pork meat that is definitely of high quality, whilst the meats on the other burger were equal in taste and juiciness. The sauces on each burger went very well, whilst the cheese wasn’t too overwhelming and added a neat flavour. Our only remark would be of the bread that was too soft for our liking as we prefer the brioche, otherwise there isn’t much to complain about here. Sweet potato fries were on point, crunchy and tasting fresher than most.
A very positive experience here at New York Minute, the best we have had of the franchise. Great service, value and good burgers make this for a must return visit, and an easy recommendation for any locals!
