Used to be good. Bowls were always full and would fill you up but recently it seems like they are rationing. Last couple of visits our bowls have only just been over half full, and 4 jalapeno chilies?! C'mon..... We also contacted the store to ask why this was the case. That was about 6 weeks ago and we haven't had a response.

Reasonably priced tasty food. Burrito is huge and the tacos are really satisfying snack. Wish there was one in Burnie.

Food was very tastless, cold, nachos were soggy and was like eating a soggy slushy mess, got delivered by menu log and didn't even know food was delivered as food was left on front verandah and driver didn't even knock on door to let us know it was delivered, don't waste your money, won't be returning or recommending

They say a bowl is donated to the less fortunate when you make a donation but I am homeless and just been scammed all my pension I went in there to see if they would help me with something to eat and they refused

The best! The staff are friendly and the food is delicious. Ok, this is my favourite meal...ahem...here goes...1 x IQ burrito w/ cheese and garlic sauce, add jalapeños and with lamb. No sour cream. Then on the side a pair of quesadillas with lamb and no dipping sauce :) Delicious!

C'mon Zambrero staff...you have one job to do...and that's to get your customers orders correct. You're becoming as bad as KFC!!! I always order the same thing (nachos) and two out of my last three visits I've received not what I ordered (wrong sauce). On top of that the consistency is very poor. Sometimes there's plenty of toppings, sometimes there's almost none. Please listen to your customers orders and be consistent with the product. That's all I'm asking.

Just tried the chicken burrito and quesadillas � OMG they were amazing!!!! Well worth it!!!! Definitely going back soon � finally a decent takeaway place in Devonport!!! And great staff!!!

I fell in love with Mexican food on a recent trip to Melbourne so it was hard to hide my excitement when I found out these guys were opening up locally.... Today I had my first Zambrero experience and it did not disappoint. The food was excellent and the team working behind the counter were fantastic with heaps of enthusiasm and fast, friendly and efficient service... Horrified to see that gloved hands were used to handle money and then return to food preparation! When issue raised with young man on drive through,he was objectionable! Council health and safety check sorely needed!!!!!!!

Great idea of meals for missions but unfortunately found the prices overpriced. I was disappointed with my last visit, after waiting a few minutes to be served another customer walked in and got served before me. I ordered an IQ bowl which was pleasant but was a bit stingy on the meat, to come to the checkout and when I asked for a fork they said they didn't have any. I then asked how am I meant to eat it without a fork? They then did give me a spoon from out the back. It would be like asked to eat a stew with your fingers. My suggestion would be if you don't have any forks, ask customers beforehand if they would like something else instead that they are able to pick up in their fingers or go somewhere and buy some forks. Some common sense is needed ! The staff was friendly and I hope they can take my criticism in a good way and improve on these areas. Unfortunately it has turned me off heading back for a while.

Doesn’t deliver 300m up the road to Ambleside from East Devonport.. but delivers to Latrobe which is via Ambleside ?? Love your food but I don’t understand this logic, we would be ordering a lot more if you delivered here.

First time getting food from here. My lettuce was 'on the turn' certainly not fresh. Pork and black rice ok. We got home to find my daughters order of chicken nachos was a spicy beef and rice bowl. Completely the wrong order. I like to give new places a chance so I really hope for improvement. Good luck
