Always a 'hit or miss' with this Domino's. The teens in there are always under the pump at prime times. Went there once where my online order hadnt even been started when the app had told me to go in? Strange.
Next time pizza was ready but my garlic bread and ran off with another customer.

Called about an incorrectly made pizza to see if they could refund or send out another. As they had put meat on a pizza which was supposed to be without. They said that it had been made correctly even though it clearly had bacon on it and to follow up the situation with menulog.
The pizza was hot and fresh. Good topping. Best dominos pizza I have had. Service from Riley D was the absolute best ever. He has a brilliant future ahead of him. Thank you
Placed a delivery order online for 8pm delivery earlier in the evening. At 8:10pm the online progress showed my order has only just started cooking. Phoned the Devonport store and was told of the situation.
The online system needs to be able to communicate delays before accepting payment.

Im not sure if its the new management or a training issue but having pizzas almost uncut is frustrating.
However the customer service and complaints team are fantastic at rectifying issues quickly.
