We first got put in a seating area in the bistro that was quite loud and we requested to move. They quickly provided us another place to sit that was much quieter and considering we were a party of 6 it was done very well. The food was good and good sizes and the wait staff and bar staff was very friendly
Friendly staff, generous portion sizes and a nice rooftop area with live music on Sundays. Parma was delicious!
Lovely outdoors area, kids play area, and delicious food. Can recommend the caesar salad and chicken Parma. Service was good.
I would love to give a big shout out to Juila who did an amazing job last night with our function at Dimond Creek Hotel for our daughters 2nd Birthday! She was their from start to finishs going above and beyond with support and help throughout the night. She and her staff were so nice and helpful. All the requests for food timing and performance were 100% on time. This made our night on to remember as we had the chance to sit back and relax and enjoy the company of our family and friends who came to celebrate. Thanks for dealing with the unexpected hicups fast and positive. We hirer out the function room which was free of charge and the meals were amazing everyone who attended said the food tasted yummy and were very impressed with the size of their mains! There service will be remembered and will be using dimond creek hotel for future functions! Thanks again Julia, all the staff and chef outstanding 👏
We recently hosted our Engagement Party at the Diamond Creek Hotel. We hired out their function room and had so much to organise in such a short time but it all came together amazingly and was a great night that ran smoothly thanks to all the staff that helped through the evening. We’d like to say a massive thank you to Julia who helped us organise everything from the start. Julia was super helpful and responsive. Always returned calls and emails. Gave us a lot of guidance on how to execute the night with regard to food quantity, drinks, and many other details that made the night smoother for us to host. We highly recommend Julia to help organise any event and the Diamond Creek Hotel function room was perfect in every way - great space!
