Gina was super awesome and so welcoming and accomodating to my wife and the kids needs. Super awesome food and bloody good coffee can't recommend this place enough defiantly coming back.
Had the best lunch at platters today! I would definitely recommend the chicken and mushroom risotto and chicken pasta with sun-dried tomatoes if you're looking for some delicious food to eat! :)
Went to platters for breakfast had the smashed pumpkin was absolutely delicious!!!! Amazing friendly staff & one of the best customer service I've experienced. Would definitely recommend to visit if your in the area ☺️

Have always loved Platters Cafe but the new menu is amazing! It was so hard to decide what to eat so guess I will be visiting again soon to try something else! Coffee is 5 start on its own! The owners are so warm and inviting. If you haven't been do yourself a favour and go!

I can't find anywhere else where the coffee is consistently as good. There's a great range of meals; each one a winner. It's one of Diamond Creek's best assets.

To George, Gina and crew of Platters. Thanks initially for your service of this great cafe. I am long overdue to be back in for some food in the very near future, and of course more joking around. Given your menu revision and continued valued service. First off. I shall say for all items i have so far had on the menu in previous occasions were simply amazing in my own experience. Had the Caesar salad from memory including one dish for breakfast, Sourdough and eggs (I think? Memory is hazy) which was really filling for a morning serving and the coffee to go with it is brilliantly done as usual, coffee connoisseurs alike will differ in taste they prefer, however from my very unique input, the coffee at platters, both Latte and Cappuccino's has that lovely edge that i always come back for. Whether made by Jordan or any other member of staff, it maintains such a fine taste, and deserves praise. I highly appreciate this business and their wider involvement with the community as noted by my own witness, as well as other reviewers below, so. I am humbled that we have such a down to earth and lively cafe in Diamond Creek, long standing, and still delivering a service of happiness and pride. Thank you for your business, for now into the future, thank you.

Went over the weekend to Platters Cafe and enjoyed every singe thing!!!! Guys, you HAVE TO TRY THE PANCAKES!!! The chef makes the berry jam from scratch and they are to-die-for!!!!!
Location is a bit far from me, but love the drive out there on a sunny Sunday :)

I went to a great cafe in Diamond Creek for the third time on the weekend & we just loved the new menu!
I had the delicious hotcakes with raspberry coulis on my first visit & then the smashed Avocado on my second visit.
To top it all off, this great cafe is supporting the 'Parma for a Farmer' campaign & their Parma was just delicious. You could taste the difference that they make everything fresh & not use the pre-made parmas! Cant wait to taste their homemade hash browns too!
What I really loved most is that Platters Cafe also supports local artists so every time I went, there was amazing new artwork!
A little far from home but definitely worth the drive to Diamond Creek !

Nice coffee! 8/10 for the flat white. Really great tasting coffee too packed some punch so you know you are drinking coffee! Didnt grab any info on beans or member cards. Too busy looking at the furniture
This has become my new regular coffee stop for that very important first coffee of the day. Being a local I've come here on and off over the years however never been a regular until the new owners have taken over. Biggest improvements for me are that my coffee is made quickly and it is consistent. Barista 'Arjay' is always on the mark and the staff respond well to their friendly new owner 'George'. I'd say give this a try and support a non franchise local business.

What a fantastic cafe, went there with a family and was greeted with open arms. Breakfast was amazing and good coffee. They are new owners and have made some great renovations to the cafe and have made it very trendy. This cafe is worth a visit more than once, if your a local make sure to make this your cafe. Looking forward to returning soon.
It was one of the best breakfasts I've had in a long time, those pancakes were perfect!!! And I liked the ricotta and berries that went with it, even better than cream. Staff were lovely and every one on our table had a beautiful meal. Thanks - A+++++
Great coffee and family-friendly. We recently held our son’s first birthday party at Platters. It is the clear choice in Diamond Creek as Platters has such a friendly, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. From the moment we booked, whatever we wanted – food, drinks, tables, decorations – was easily accommodated with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff to make our party one to remember!
The staff were attentive to our guests with food and drinks and Wendy hosted with frivolity and ease, setting a wonderful tone for the afternoon. Many of our guests commented on the “amazing”, “delicious” food and how fun the party was, for both the adults and children.
It was a brilliant choice to have our event at Platters, Wendy and the team are so helpful and provide an ideal venue for creating delightfully memorable events.
Fabulous staff always making you feel welcome. Food and coffee both great. Communication between staff and customers has always been great every time I go. Will be going back and highly recommend coming for something to eat & drink.
In regards to the review made by NickT, I was sitting near the table that had the French toast issue and I disagree with your comment as the customer was first rude and non-understanding! The waitress apologised and agreed to try and fix the ladies problem but was in return spoken to rudely. As a regular I have since been told that on that day the chef had called in sick and the staff and management did everything they could to satisfy the customers under the difficult circumstances, it's not fair to criticise when you're not aware of what is going on behind the scenes! I think it's a great family friendly venue with extremely friendly staff and have had nothing but great experience!

Came in for a late brekkie with some mates. Food was great even though they got my order wrong it was all solved quickly and without a fuss. Fresh juice was quite expensive for the small glass it came in. Bit disappointed with that, but overall was fantastic brekkie the juice was nice and the service was lovely! Will be back!
Perfect. Visited last weekend for dinner with a group. Had the Pork burger and it was absolutely fantastic, my son had the Cajun Chicken salad and he said it was beautiful which is amazing for a teenage boy. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere welcoming. Great night.
On my way through I popped into Platters for My first time. Very friendly welcome, top service and really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. My coffee and Pastie was delicious. Can only recommend.., top.

My husband and I were lucky to have been able to visit Platters Cafe between lockdowns last year. We haven't had a chance to come back yet, but we will be visiting as soon as we get a chance. The food was wonderful and the service impeccable. They were even able to make a few changes to meet my husbands fussy requirements. Thank you guys, we are extremely impressed customers. 😀
When Alex and Haifa became the new owners of Platters Garry and I became a regular customer. Not only frequenting as a customer we have become great friends. The hospitality shown by them and their extremely talented and friendly staff is second to none. The meals that are prepared by Haifa and her talented Chef are delicious and are a credit to them both. Diamond Creek is very fortunate to have such a great place to eat and to mingle and make new friendships.
