Ordered at 5.50pm. Called at 7.20pm to check on order. Finally delivered at 745pm. Obviously order was missed. No apology or compensation. This is the second time this has happened to us.
Also second time I have paid for extra mushrooms and no extra mushrooms on the pizza.

We mainly do pick up because during peak hour you could be waiting a while. Best pizza in Diamond Creek, Never let's us down.
Long term customer of 7 years ordering at least once fortnightly. In that time, have only ever had 2 half burnt pizza's. Can't really say any bad except when I can't get through on the phone during peak times.
la sera is the best pizza place around. you have to try the Hawaiian or bbq chicken when you go there they are so yummy. the garlic bread is also fantastic and the staff are always super nice.

Long term customer but that may change. Why has your delivery fee doubled in price ($10+) when all other local pizza restaurants are only charging $5-6?
Food is great (when and if delivered hot) but delivery times are horrendous. Delivery can be an hour after the original 75 minute estimate.
