Best cakes in town - love this place. Credit to Vito, Lucy & staff!
I've been coming here for quite some time and I have never had a bad experience. The service has been fantastic and so is their coffee. I've bought cakes from here on a couple of occasions too and they have been delicious.

Love this cafe the cakes are delicious. Most of the staff are so helpful and pleasant except for the older woman with glasses and light hair in a bun. Really rude, yesterday (Frid afternoon) we drove 30mins to get there after I had a knee replacement I was on crutches. One girl was making coffees another on sandwich area. This older woman came to the counter where I was waiting and started taking cakes out of the showcase and putting them on a bench at the back of her. She said to me won't be long. I stood there for a few minutes and she kept on emptying the showcase. Finally I said to her I'm sorry but I am on crutches could you please help me with a sponge I am having trouble standing here. She said well sit down then she won't be long. The other girl was still making coffees as she was the only one service a few people. I could not believe my ears. This same woman has done this to me and other customers before and I would have left but for the fact that I had been driven 30 mins there and had to go home 30 mins and I do love their cakes. After another couple of minutes one of the younger staff came from out the back and was very pleasant and served me. I cannot believe how she is employed there still when everyone else goes out of their way to be helpful. I love this cafe but after being treated so rudely by this woman wonder if it is worth going there, as another customer said to me don't worry she is rude to everybody.

Needing something sweet, my mate made me stop in here. I had a cartocci which is similar to cannoli but instead of being a crispy pipe, it’s more similar to a donut in texture and taste. This was delicious!
I come here all the time to get fresh cakes and amazing coffee! Interior is clean and there is always a huge display of cakes and sweets. Lots of Italian treats as well. Staff are always busy and it takes a while to get your order but it's worth it. Highly reccomend.
The most amazing service from one of their employees Stella, who was incredibly kind and accommodating for my very last minute request of mini cakes and tarts for an office party. She was very patient, and understood exactly what I was after. in regards to amounts and budgetary constraints. The quality of the food was divine, with favourites being the eclairs, cannoli, and caramel slice. I wish I could rate higher.
I had a chocolate mousse cake made for my husbands birthday from Dolce Mio. Absolutely delicious and highly recommended!!
Wow what service !!!! Five Star! I ordered a birthday cake on Feb 12th not considering that with the third wave of Lockdown I would not be able to pick it up due to the 5 KM limit (it was6.3 KMs) With a call to the bakery on Saturday FEB 13th (the day of my daughter's birthday) Dolce Mio came through with a home delivery. Thank you the cake tastes delicious and you made the birthday that much more special, as our other plans were changed due to COVID. Highly recommend this bakery******

Great choice of on site baked pastries, cakes and other eats. Option to pre order a variety of cakes for special occasions. Very friendly and enthusiastic staff who love their work a bonus!
Friendly service which can be a bit slower at busy times. Good biscuit options you can buy by weight. They make cakes to order for special occasions. Indoor and outside seating is good for a catch up over coffee. Have been there many many years so must be doing something right.
