Review Brunelli - Doncaster

Frank S
Revised 4* review: 18/06/2020: Brunelli is back open with restricted seating because of Corona Virus. Bookings are definitely needed as there are only 6 or so tables available at any time. Original 4* review. We've eaten here several times over the last 10 or more years. Brunellis always seems to be busy which is a good sign for a smallish local suburban restaurant. We went on a Wednesday night and the place was at least 80% full, but our party of 5 was comfortably and promptly accomodated. Clean modern styling in the restaurant, even the toilets were modern and spotless. Environment wise only complaint was it was a bit cold inside and we all spent the 2 or so hours or so we were there with our jackets on. Ordered mains, salads and entrés as mains as well as a few desserts. Everything was delicious, and as the waitress explained when I tried to order one of the Stracceti di Manzo ( Strip Fillet Steak  with red peppers) entrés that the entrés were very large and unless I was ravenous, should be sufficient. She was right, they were huge! We also had a seafood salad, Mushroom Veal, a Pasta dish and a very large Greek Salad. Panna Cotta, and a Sticky Date for Dessert. All the dishes were generous serves and attractively plated. We sampled several of their wines by the glass, all were delicious, especially the Loose Leaf CabSav. All were, we think, reasonably priced at $8 a glass. The waiters were friendly and attentive, without being clingy and gave knowledgeable advice about the meals we ordered. Only things not giving a 5 star was that my mother's main dish was forgotten, and had to be requested again as the rest of the group were half way through their mains when we realised her dish was not coming. Staff were very apologetic and the main arrived in less than 5 minutes. They also offered us a free dessert along with their apologies. We enjoyed our meal and drinks and will definitely be back again

Not too expensive, and the meals are quite large (we all had leftovers). Desserts are simple bit so tasty. Will definitely come back, perfect for a small get together.

Nice cozy restaurant with stone fired pizza oven. Meals are good, but I'd recommend ordering pizza.

I am not a big fan of Italian food but we had a family gathering there so I had to attend. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food and the atmosphere. We visited as a group of 10, with ages between 5 - 55 and and everyone loved their dishes. Portion sizes are generous and filling and the menu is varied so there's a choice for everyone. Highly recommended.

Every time I've been here it has been great! The food is delicious, the service is warm and friendly, and the value for money is spot on. I catch up with a friend here regularly and we talk a lot! At Brunelli we don't have to shout over loud music or noise. It's quiet and relaxed and we always enjoy ourselves

We frequent Brunelli and now in lock down still get takeaway. The service is always friendly and food is always great! I get so annoyed when people go to their local restaurant which they have attended many times and then use discount vouchers....it’s so rude! Just support your local business through this difficult time and make sure they are still there when things get back to normal. These guys work hard and we have always enjoyed their great food and service so it’s 5 stars from us!

Loved the Garlic Prawn pasta, prosciutto Pizza and kid's Bolognese. Cocktails were delicious as well. But most importantly the staff were patient and very friendly. I'll definitely go there again. Recommend.

Well came here to celebrate 2 birthdays. Read reviews and sounded like somewhere we'd enjoy for dinner with the family. From the minute we walked in a lady who hid behind the front counter all night was not very accommodating at all. We asked a request of air conditioning turned on as it was super warm was ignored. They had 2 lovely ladies working the floor doing their best with the pressure they were under! Drinks for a table of 16 took close to half an hour from then we wondered what dinner would be like. We decided to place our order after waiting so long for drinks. After an hour of waiting watching other tables who walked in later receive their meals. We asked the question what has happened to our food its now 8pm wondering where is our food? Which then the owner decided to give attitude then all a sudden our meals arrived. We turned up at 6pm and ate at 8 with kids who were restless by then wanting food! I will admit food was great but the lack of service was very poor. And the poor ladies working the floor trying to deal with all the pressure handled themselves well and I hope you reward them because they did a great job and shouldn't be apologizing on behalf of an owner and ex owner who should step up and take on some responsibility and customer service skills!

Chicken risotto was beautiful but waiting for mains took over an 1 hour. Lots of take away pizzas and looked like they were getting priority #1. Will give it another go

Has been a long time favourite. Always great food and service. We hadn’t been for awhile due to not living in the area anymore but they still remembered our favourite dish.

We thought Brunelli's would be a good stop for dinner before going on to movies at Doncaster. I was disgusted to see a guy in the kitchen wipe the kitchen bench with a tea towel, then wipe the FLOOR with the same tea towel and then use it to wipe the bench again!
Carmel Elizabeth
Delicious food every time and always made so welcome by all. One of our favourites.

Looking for great food, I searched EatClub (an app you can download on your phone for abundant food deals) and found this restaurant that was relatively close to home. I went 3 times and the last time was when my family and I SWORE TO NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. <br/><br/>The first two occasions was just with my family and the food was great - consistent and the sticky date pudding was to die for. However, on the third occasion, we booked for a table of about 10 people and the food was terribly inconsistent (i.e. some pasta was UNDERCOOKED) due to them being unable to handle big crowds.<br/><br/>BUT WORST OF ALL was what I assume was the owner of the establishment, REPEATEDLY OVERCHARGED us for more than what we actually owed. Using EatClub, the app enabled us to get a discount of 20% per sitting. She however, would always calculate the discount then ROUND IT UP to the nearest $10! Ironically, we were planning to give her tips (more than the amount she was cheating us by) but thought otherwise due to her unprofessional behaviour.<br/><br/>Furthermore, she had to the nerve to comment 'you got such a GREAT deal' despite the poor quality of service we were receiving throughout the night. <br/><br/>It was embarrassing having hyped up the place to all my guests that I brought along that night for such an important occasion, for them to leave the restaurant UNSATISFIED and DISAPPOINTED. <br/><br/>If the owner of the restaurant is reading this, you have ignorantly lost many customers due to your insensitive behaviour. We thought the first two times were a mistake but the third time made it very clear that you were not appreciative of us marketing and advertising your restaurant to our friends and family.
I Love Food
Dined for dinner. We shared the garlic/cheese focaccia & enjoyed it. I had the chilli prawns for my main & hubby had veal scallopini. There were 12 prawns so I was happy with serving size however there was no chilli flavour, I enjoy a good hit of chilli when I order chilli prawns. Hubby didn't enjoy his veal, the lemon cream sauce was very overpowering & had a very strong sour lemon taste. In the entertainment book so we got a good discount off the total bill. Service friendly.

Minimum avarage food. Poor for the value

I've been here multiple times with my family and the food has never let us down!<br/><br/>I always order the spaghetti bolognese. It's hands down the best in the Eastern suburbs and it's constantly consistent in flavour. The pasta is al denti, the sauce is perfectly balanced and you can taste the quality of the meat.<br/><br/>We also order different pizzas when we visit, and every one we've tried has hit the hammer on the nail. From what I've experienced, you can't go wrong with ordering here.<br/><br/>The only thing I believe could be improved is the ambience. As my family and I go for early dinners (5:30pm), sometimes there is no music playing which makes the atmosphere feel a little empty.<br/><br/>Nevertheless, the staff are friendly and it's a fantastic resturant for a dinner with the family!
FoodLoverQueenM
Was s nice dinner on Friday night. It is in the corner for wood pizza but we choose pasta and calamari ring for entry. This is too salty for calamari ring but they provide more rocket. Marinara pasta is not I think the cooking way but not bad. Nice cake.

We came here with a coeliac friend and their gluten free options were good. The service was friendly and newly renovated premises were lovely.<br/>My friend and I had different risottos - but they tasted the same.. the serves were huge! Another friend had the veal and enjoyed it... and another the gnocchi. Overall a very pleasant evening, perfectly edible food and lovely atmosphere - BYO was a bonus!!!!

Sorry guys not good enough. Lovely staff but not up to par! Came here some time ago and it was ok but were getting worse. Just a heads up people around you a providing something better and cheaper. Please take my comments and constructive criticism. Thank you!

Thought we would give this place a try as we were looking to eat somewhere new and we wernt disappointed! Its a cute, modern restaurant with a great ambience and nice interiors. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the food was fantastic! We started with Bruschetta which was great and then i had the Vegetarian risotto. So delicious! The best risotto ive had in a long time, light and fluffy, had a nice tasty flavour and the vegetables tasted so fresh. The only negative was the portion of the risotto was a bit too much, couldnt finish it which was a shame! But otherwise, a great restaurant to see and try! Highly recommended :)

The food is always absolutely delicious. True Italian dishes. Staff are lovely and always welcoming. One of my absolute favourite restaurants to visit. <br/>Highly recommended.
AaronN
Really nice service here. The pizzas that we had were good, but the stand out was the chicken and mushroom risotto, which was one of the best risottos I’ve had in a long time.
Yana
We celebrate birthday and never disappoint the choice we made One of the best expirience we had though food was just awesome, gorgeous service and friendly stuff! Definitely will coming back!

They're always happy to accommodate our vegetarianised menu items, so thumbs up. Reasonable prices, prompt service, and consistent cooking. A good takeaway place for us.

Brunelli is particularly good at producing quality pasta dishes. The Lasagna that we had was no exception. Layers of al dente pasta were filled with cheese and hearty bolognese. <br/><br/>The gnocchi is another must-have dish. These hand-made pillows of love go perfectly with the rich veal ragu.
Mini Mooi
friendly staff service was slow and took for long time to meal to come which I order steak.<br/>I did order medium but it was burned. My friend order salmon which was looks better.

Ambience: 2/5 <br/>Food: 3.5/5<br/>Service: 4/5 <br/>Will I return: Maybe <br/><br/>Was in the Doncaster area so decided to try this restaurant located on the corner of a strip of shops filled with restaurants. Came here on a Saturday night and it wasn't busy at all. Staff are friendly and courteous and prompt with service. We ordered two pizzas and a prawn fettuccini to share. The pizza bases were soft and crispy at the bottom. The eggplant pizza we had was quite good but I personally didn't enjoy the large pieces of anchovies they put on the pizza. It made parts of the pizza way too salty and would've been better if it was in smaller pieces and sprinkled. The prawn pasta had great flavours in the red sauce, however, the fettuccini itself was over cooked and not al dente at all. It is not bad for a local Italian restaurant but it certainly can't compare to the more well known places. The prices for the main dishes can be on the more expensive side but for the woodfired pizzas, prices were reasonable.
Bunsen Burger
Good quality food with a nice intimate setting. The staff are friendly and you cannot go wrong with this place. Good for a quiet mid week feed or a family event on a weekend.

Since the new Chef has taken over. <br/>The meals have jumped to the next level. <br/>Its allway fresh, hot and tasty .<br/>There never seems to be much of a wait. <br/>Oh yeah the pizzas is amazing. <br/>
Sasha
I came here very often, I really love the food. Both the wood fire pizzas and pastas are equally good. For the portions, the price is reasonable. Food is consistently delicious and the service is pretty good. I think it's a great hidden gem, with good food I can always rely on.

Came in on a Friday night. The place was busy and lots of tables were full. Food is really fresh and the staff are friendly. Lasanga was really meaty and quite a decent serve and the gnocchi ragu was fantastic. Home made gnocchi was cooked well and the ragu was quite tender and juicy. The interior of the place was quite bland and old but the food is fantastic! Would definitely reccomend coming here for home style Italian cuisine.

I have been here a few times over the last few years & the food is generally quite good. I think it's time they put the Christmas decorations away.

If you can make a good risotto in a restaurant setting then you are doing very well.  That is exactly what I had last Friday a pulled beef risotto.   We turned-up on the spur of the moment arriving after 8 and we were very lucky to get a table.  But the staff (Lebanese?) were very accommodating making up a table for us.  My wife had a delicious pizza and she is very fussy when it comes to them, so she was very pleased too with the experience.  Would definitely give this place a thumbs up.
Ricky S
Great pizza at a good price. They use better ingredients than many other Italian restaurants which is pleasing to see. Pasta is not bad. Could do with a update with the menu though.
Mrs Lavender
Fresh ingredients. Family restaurant kind of cozy feeling . We are happy with the mash potato sided with the veal , it would be perfect if the veal were fried freshly from the oven ,it serves warm and end up a bit cold while we finishing the meal . Fettuccine was alright .<br/>Looks like the restaurant is popular around the area, the owner seems to know most of the customers.

Absolutely THE best Italian here in Melbourne. <br/>Definitely the best, fastest, happiest and most helpful waitresses.<br/>They not only accept eftpos but so split bills too, stupidly hard to find in Melbourne.<br/><br/>Food is delicious, great portions, none of that tiny pretentious plates.<br/>The taste is fresh and typical Italian flavours.<br/>Thank you!
Jay
Went there for dinner. Got there and our table had not even been prepared yet. Anyway, after the bit of wait we finally got seated. We had to ask the waiters over a million times to get any service what so ever; which they seemed so out of it and so unenthusiastic. The food was a major let down and the service just got worse and worse. The dessert finally came after it was forgotten and all the ice cream was melted. I will never attend again.
Pak
Best pizza and pasta around the Doncaster area so far. The pizzas are thin with good topping (ordered the Italian Sausage one). The Gambero (Prawn) risotto was al dente, rich in garlic flavour and the prawns were fresh! Finally the Tortellini Alla Panna was creamy and yum. This was the second time we ordered take-away from Brunelli - apologies for the poor photos attached.

Reservation is recommended. Even on a week night it was very busy. They were busy because their food was delicious! Service was friendly. Servings were generous. Ingredients were very fresh. Loved their pizzas and pastas! We had spaghetti bolognaise, spaghetti marinara, marinara pizza and margarita pizza. Loose Leaf merlot was nice too. Everything was just perfect!
Gavin Southern
The salmon dish was delicious. Very nice flavours. <br/><br/>I had my half Marinara/half ChickenPineapple pizza which was great. Full of fresh topping and a super, light base. <br/><br/>I ordered a coke and finished it when the pizza came. So, I ordered another one. Ate the pizza and I'm writing this without that 2nd coke!!<br/><br/>No matter. <br/><br/>The staff were very friendly and the restaurant had a nice laid back family atmosphere. <br/><br/>MAKE SURE YOU BOOK!!!
Sarahahodgson
Dinner Friday night with a friend. Ate fettuccini carbonara with mushrooms and onion added in. It was AMAZING. The sauce was so thick and creamy - it was perfect. 100% going back to have it again.
LJ
Service was shocking, we had to call the waitress over for everything,<br/>More than 15minitues we were seated and we had call someone over to ask to order drinks. <br/>The meals weren't bad, though the dessert was rather disappointing, the tiramisu hardly hardly any flavour, just cream.<br/>All in all, we wouldn't be going back.
TresHungry
Decent Italian food in the suburbs. I had a seafood salad, which turned out a little unexciting but despite its simplicity it was pretty tasty. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality. I liked how the dressing was light and tangy, and it was great how the salad wasn't drowned in it.

We were there for dinner on a weeknight. Service was excellent and the food were delicious, adequate serves and the prices are reasonable.  A wide selection on the menu. Will definitely be back to try other dishes

Four of us went for coffee to Brunelli after a meal out at a nearby restaurant. Being vegan, I ordered a soy chai but they only had regular milk or wanted some warm water. The others had two regular caffe lattes and a hot chocolate. When I paid for my bill, I was amazing to be charged $2 for a cup of hot water and the other drinks were overpriced. That is just greed. We live locally and want to support local business but not greedy businesses.
Logan Clark
Pretty average food. Very average service, When you're looking for a cheap and cheerful meal there are plenty of places around with a similar style of cuisine that are of a much higher standard and much better service.
IloveMelbourne
Came here to celebrate a family birthday. Service was good. We all had a woodfire pizza each. I had the ortolano which was beautiful. The base was thin and crispy. Will be back for sure.
Annaliese
Such vibrant and energetic atmosphere on a Saturday night in this restaurant. Nice and attentive staff, and such delicious food. A lot of variety to choose from and nothing we ordered was disappointing. Will be back. A local gem going strong.
Evangelia Ange
Visited on a weeknight for an early dinner. Waitress was friendly. I ordered tortellini in a creamy tomato sauce. Satisfying portion size and flavour.

Really nice place!. This is a lovely restaurant! Nice décor, great ambience, lovely staff and delicious food. What more could you ask for?! Will definitely be back.

Refreshing light lunch on a hot day. Tossed fresh salad with grilled chicken and Nuoc Chan (Vietnamese fish sauce). Delightful find in Balwyn!

Poor food and poor service. Customer service was perhaps the worst I have experienced in a Melbourne restaurant. My friends and I were berated upon entering brunellis for not having a booking on a Wednesday night. After this, both the host and waitress were rude and disinterested for the rest of the night. I have been to brunellis and had nice meals before, however the risotto which we all ordered was definitively of diminished quality. It tasted like something from a cheaper chain restaurant, not a reasonably nice place in Doncaster. Would have overlooked the disappinting service, for a quality meal but as the food was also dissatisfying, will definitely not be returning.
Norat
Nice!. Four of us came here on a Friday and whilst I wasn't expecting much we were pleasantly suprised! Shared the Brunelli pizza and a risotto between two and it was more then generous. Food was delicious and reasonably priced, atmosphere was ok. We would come back.
Slkyong
Worst dining experience ever in Melbourne for supreme poor service. I had the worst ever dining experience at this restaurant. First, they stuff up my booking and instead of apologizing the manager/owner just put the blame on me. Second, promised that our meals would not take long as they put a tight time limit on the table. Third, halfway through our meals with 4 children on our table they came and pressured us to finish our meals as the table was booked. The meals took 20 mins to arrive and they expect us to shove the food down the children's throat and return the table.<br/><br/>Thanks for ruining my Saturday night I will never return again and will make sure I publicize my experience and share with everyone.
Georgina Vass
Had dinner there last night, the wood fire pizza was delicious as was the cream caramel I had for dessert. The staff are friendly and it didn't take long to get our meal after we ordered. Will go again.
Maggs
It used to be nice place for family dinner.last time we went it has been very dissapointed.seems this place went after qantity instead of quality.
Jess N
Although this is a little restaurant it is amazing! Extremely quick service and the food was great! I would definitely recommend it if you love Italian food
Andrew Nixon
Disappointing. Must have caught them on a bad day?? the worst Gnocci I have ever had. Was told they have a new chef!!!! Awful.
Smiffysathome
Excellent. Great service and food good value for money
Josh.jackson.1
Great dinner and atmosphere.. Came last night with my wife.<br/> We shared a wood fired pizza which was by far the best pizza i've had. It was half their brunelli special half potato.<br/>I then had the fettuccine with prawns and my wife had the chicken with creamy mustard sauce. Both were delicious and satisfying.<br/>to sum it up, the food was of generous serves, fresh and very tasty. And the staff were accommodating and lovely.<br/>Will definitely come back again
Tomatosauce
Disgusting. Gnocchi was watery and just mush. Really disappointing. Never again.
Andre
Yet another Italian restaurant owned, operated and staffed by non Italians posing as authentic. Terrible watery spaghetti.
Diki
Very popular with the locals. Meals & pizza were really good. Gnocchi was a stand out. Service is okay. Not a great atmosphere but definitely would go back for the food.
Hilaghazanfari
Wonderful local restaurant. First time at Brunelli's ; staff were very friendly and service was fast and efficient. <br/>Food was great as well; the risotto was very good compared to other restaurants were it is "gluggy" and the veal scallopini was very well done too.<br/>Would definitely return to Brunelli
Bittersweet
Booked a table for my mum and I a week earlier. I arrived and found we were next to the toilet so I asked to sit at one of the nicer tables near the front of the restaurant. Two were available so the waitress said yes dropped the menus on the one next to the front door and walked away before I could say my elderly mother won't like the chill from the door. So I moved the menus and sat on the next available table. She then rudely came over and said 'I said table one not table two'. After I tried to explain she then said people had booked table two especially and that I couldn't sit there. I thought how ridiculous it's a local place on a Thursday night. So I moved as two women walked in so I apologised for sitting at their table which they said don't be silly we didn't book it. I highlighted this to the waitress who then slammed our water glasses down and said they did book. Hmm? Food was ok but nothing sensational. Waitress never warmed up which ruined the experience as did the evil eye the mature age waitress at the front counter kept giving me.
Jacki
It was just okay. Nice enough food for the price wouldn't rush back unless convenient. Bit noisy staff were okay one was a challenge. Not the most comfortable for a leisurely dinner. Prices were good. Would go back to try the pizza maybe for a lunch. It would be good for families.
Danielle Nohra
Pizza straight from the oven with fresh ingredients how can you resist? Haven't tried anything else off the menu. Service is friendly and always welcoming

Underrated, quality Italian food, highly recommend

$4.50 for a coffee - not happy! <br/><br/>I am removing my old review as we just got back from Brunelli's and got stung $4.50 for a latte! <br/>I'd accept this if I was at a post hotel or somewhere in the city but at a little surburban restaurant - PA-LEASE.  To top it off, the female host/owner is still a grinch.
Tess
My first time dining. It was my first time dinning at Brunelli's and my first inmpression was that it was cosy with a lot of space but a bit to noisy. Everyone enjoyed the food and said that it was cooked to perfection and agreed that the price was a fare price for a plate full of deliciousness. For a Wednesday night, the restaurant was pretty busy and there was only one waitress zooming around getting everyone's orders and delivering food. We got our food 30 minutes later after our focaccia for an entree. As I looked down at my Spaghetti Bolognese I smelt cheese and pasta and realised that I could have made a replica of this at home. As the Spaghetti went into my mouth, the flavours were so delicious I ate it all, which was pretty hard for me as I don't eat much. At the end of the night as we were walking out the door, the waitress gave us a mint each and was very polite. Overall, our experience was very nice and would defiantly go there again.
Coffeesnob
Great food. My regular italian pizza and pasta joint. Great value take aways on weekdays.

Sensational!!. I went to dinner just last night. The food is tasty and delicious as ever. <br/>I have been overseas for a while and remember always comparing the food to Brunelli's. Had to write a review to express how much I loveee their carciofi pizza. Great service and and an enjoyable experience as always
Dr Rock
The salsiccia pizza is a delicious balance of pork sausage, chilli and mushrooms. Like all pizzas here, quality ingredients, light bases and woodfired cooking add up to an authentic pizza that's hard to fault.
Kate.tosin
Always a winner. I have been going here for years, and have never had a bad meal. The calamari is incredible. Perfectly cooked! All of the pizza's are fantastic too. It's amazing what a wood fire oven, and fresh ingredients can do. The 'Alla Panna' pasta sauce is drool worthy too.<br/>Service is great. The staff are very friendly.
Shuki Arivalagan
Poor service. We waited an hour for our food on a Wednesday night when the restaurant only had 3 other tables of customers. The kitchen just kept cooking take away orders rather than making our food. We asked the waitress along with one of the other tables at 40 mins about our food, and she reassured us it would only take another 5 minutes. When we couldn't wait any longer, we got up to leave and she tried to blame us instead by saying we should have told her earlier. We won't be trying this place again due to the poor customer service.
Peter
We go here once a fortnight. Friendly service and good food at reasonable prices. I love the Gnocchi Saltati. Nice clean favours. Sometimes the gnocchi is a tad overlooked but still love it.
JSNOOZ77
Very nice. It was my wife and i's first time here and we both enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and attentive, i ordered the Risotto Gamberi, i am always reluctant to order a risotto anywhere as often it leaves a lot to be desired but this one didn't dissapoint, excellantly cooked with plenty of flavour plus parmesan cheese that was clearly freshly grated made it a beautiful meal. My wife had the tortellini which she requested with carbonara sauce and again nicely cooked pasta with a very sauce. We also tried one of the pizza's as an entree which had a good amount of topping on top, nice amount of tomato base so it wasn't dry, i enjoyed it but my wife wasn't as fussed. Overall an excellant experience.
Meaghan H
Great service, excellent pizza

Never Dissapointed and Not Just Great Pizza!. We've eaten countless number of times here, both take away and in the restaurant. Best pizza by far in the area and no matter what else we've picked from the menu, the meal has been excellent! Plenty to fill your stomach and very tasty! Service is quick and we've always been well looked after. Highly recommended.
GabLovesDining
Big thumbs down :-7. Although I eat out often I don't review unless really good/bad service compels me to- unfortunately our dining experience here a week or so ago is the later :( <br/>My two gfs and I waited over an hour for our meal and they weren't even that busy (it was a Wed night). The waitress came to apoligize and said something about us getting something complimentary as a result that we couldn't quite hear. When another lady (we presume the owner) returned later she confirmed it was free coffee so we asked if we could have dessert instead as we weren't interested in coffee (and were all hankering for choc mousse). She didn't seem to pleased to oblige but said ok and we each requested the mousse when asked. The first waitress bought out a single serve of mousse and three spoons for us to all share!!<br/>We just all looked at each other, couldn't believe it- how stingy! When we went to pay for the bill I had highlighted to the suspected-owner lady how we had waited so long and missed our movie as a result so had thought we would get a dessert each. I also said given such we feel its fair if we got a few drinks free too. She just gave me a funny look and said ''I'll take off one iced coffee''<br/>Would it have killed them to be more generous!? Food there was actually pretty good but after this expeience we will never go back...

It's hard to find a good Italian meal around my area, but Brunellis does the job!
Paul
Wood fire / gourmet can often mean overpriced pizza with minimal topping. Not in the case of Brunelli. Delicious pizza-fresh quality toppings-very reasonable price. I'd say one of the best pizzas in the area. The rest of the food is also very nice and well priced. Restaurant has a cosey likable feel as do the workers there.
