For the price you're paying for each cupcake, it's not worth the money. Cupcakes look nice aesthetically, but the flavour is not there. Cakes tasted like generic Woolworths cupcakes, while the jam tasted like it was taken from a jar of St Dalfours. Icing was creamy and silky. but lacked flavour.
The cupcakes were pretty on the outside and absolutely flavourless and underwhleming on the inside. It was worse than box-made cupcakes. They were too doughy and the buttercream was not anything special. We got the lemon meringue and chocolate cupcakes and we were unsatisfied with both. The only yum

Yummy cupcakes! Limited vegan and GF options (tasty but no variety of flavours). Good option for takeaway if you need to cater to various intolerances.
Sooo over priced & poor service...Went there last night & the salesgirl not very helpful & although 8.30pm still 30 mins til the centre closed, but more keen to close up. Bought 4 cupcakes for $20 that were very dry & cakes themselves were tasteless. The only good thing was the cream icing. 😢😡

Yummiest cupcakes. Always so fresh and the best butrercream. Cannot walk past JOY without getting at least 1.
Fantastic cupcakes. Will definitely miss this place when it closes after 11 years on Wednesday.
