I have been coming to Cherry Hill for lunch on a monthly basis for years and I have never had poor service or poor food ....we have enjoyed our meal there every time .

Seafood paella was so delicious
The mixed grill was good but a steak just a bit overcooked

Came here for lunch on the weekend. Very relaxed atmosphere. The food was very nice and the staff were pleasant. We enjoyed our meal and would come back.

Better than usual pokie-pub food. In fact I think they are trying really hard compared to most pokie-pubs whose food we usually can't stand.

Given the lack of good pubs in a 10km radius I can only imagine that if they got rid of the depressing pokies and got in a jazz band or something then they would have to beat customers away with a stick!
We come here as a large group of people with disabilities and have always had exceptional service. The staff cannot be faulted and the food is also very good.
Easter Sunday, 10 members of our family gathered for lunch. The good table service was somewhat of surprise given reviews by others. Even when we mixed up two of our own orders, the waiters replaced them quickly and without any fuss. As to food, we expected pub food, and that's what we received.
Thursday evening dinner. My partner and I had a tasty meal last night at the Cherry Hill Tavern. Staff were very pleasant and caring, the steak cooked to perfection and my veal, lovely. We would recommend this establishment to all vehemently.
Great option for young families. Loved the playground for entertaining the kids and there was even a guy doing free balloons for kids. Meal was very edible

Pleasantly Surprised. With the mixed comments regarding the food, I was hesitant in booking a table for a catch up with another family who has 3 young boys. However, having heard from friends that their playroom was pretty good, the thought of eating any meal peacefully bought me over.
Our kids (all 5 of them) had a ball playing in the playroom. As for us adults, we were very surprised with the quality of food. I had their special lamb shank deal which was absolutely fantastic. Hubby had the Pork Belly which was crispy but lacking a little in flavour. As for our friends, the Kangaroo Salad had two thumbs up (I will be having that next time I'm there) and the other meal was Pan Fried Salmon (can't go wrong with that!).
As for the kids meals, they were a decent size and nicely priced at $8 each. The kids wolfed most of them down with some left overs. The burger with chips was quite a generous size.
Food came out promptly even though they were busy. Staff were courteous and helpful.
We will definitely be back again.
I've been to Cherry Hill a few times recently, as I heard the food really improved since the new chef took over. I have to say, I'm not disappointed and will be definitely back! I had a Philly steak pizza and my friend had a pork belly. The pizza was to die for, the base was perfect, not too thin not too thick with a generous amount of toppings:) pork belly was a great size, with a lot of meat and delicious pear purée. Altogether, the food stands out above your average pub meal but the waiting staff could probably crack a friendly smile from time to time;)
Very nice food. Wagu beef burger was amazing , food came out quick . Wedges were also nice they had a nice seasoning.
Great femily restaurant. I'm not sure what they've done lately, but their food is fantastic. I got the steak- and it was cooked to perfection. My hubby got the chicken Parma. He loved it. The food has improved dramatically in recent times. And they are great wit kids. The kids love their chips & nuggets- & they can't stop talking about the frog in a pond! We'll be back :)

Big Parma. Last time I went there I really enjoyed my Chicken Parmagina and Chips but the bead rolls weren't very nice, the desserts looked were tempting but I didn't have any since I was full from my main course.
Great venue if you have kids. Food is good for a pub and has generous servings. Love the place for its family friendly atmosphere, kids play area is the main attraction for us! Spacious, so you can stretch out.

From entry to exit the service great. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The value in terms of food was amazing. Food was good and the menu was vast but not daunting as they were all great sounding dishes. Absolutely kid friendly with the internal play area which was a major plus. Highly recommend this venue to parents wanting a stress fee night out for a good meal but equally recommend for anyone just wanting a good meal in a relaxed atmosphere.
Went for lunch for my mother’s birthday today. We haven’t been there for more than 10 years, but will definitely go back. The wait staff were friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Peter who went above and beyond to make us all feel special and to Alex for great service too, The food was fantastic and arrived very swiftly. We loved it. Atmosphere was great too. We will come again. Good to support local when you can. 10/10 Cherry Hill!
I'm really not into writing reviews but felt like giving credit where it's due.
We haven't been to Cherry Hill Tavern in a long while so decided to have Sunday dinner there.
Our order came out in good time and everyone enjoyed their meals. Also, there was a mis-communication with two of the meals (probably my fault) and Alex offered to sort it out but my kids decided to go with what they received.
Anyway, Alex looked after us, so top marks to him! We will be back again, sooner than later.
Went to the Cherry Hill Tavern. Haven’t been there for a long time. Was looked after by a lovely young guy Todd who went beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Todd checked back at the table several times to ensure we were happy with our meal and refreshed our water. Will come back for sure. Awesome service.
