I enjoy going to this cafe especially for takeaways, they also sell a jumbo size takeaway if you are ever in need of a huge coffee!
A sit down breakfast menu is available, which is great to try as the cafe is pretty spacious and they have a really comfy seating area. Recently I had the quinoa and oat porridge topped with banana and berries which was healthy and delicious. My mum’s go to order is the scrambled eggs which she finds perfectly filling.
I’ve previously tried the French toast before which was really delicious and sweet. If you are after something small they have a couple of sweets in their display window.
Billys Lounge is quite a tricky restaurant to find in Westfield Doncaster but I wouldn't let that put you off it. It is a great restaurant with really nice people, the food is great and the menu has a great variety for all.
Modern cafe, foods are delicious with generous portion. All 3 dishes we ordered are very satisfactory. Service could be better especially during peak time. Will definitely visit again.
Quick service, food has always been excellent, decent portions, chilli scramble perfect amount of heat, a great touch with the roasted banana pepper
wow absolutely delicious 👌🏼😍 i got the Smoked Salmon dish which consisted of poached eggs and asparagus on top of gluten free bread (which was delicious by the way) with a beautiful hollandaise sauce 🙌🏼🤤 staff are friendly and lovely and the decoration and presentation of the cafe and food is also lovely!
We come to Westfield Doncaster every Friday night but it’s my first time eating at Billy’s Lounge. We sat at the table, ordered then look it up on Zomato to check its rating. Saw that it’s only 2.4 and wonder if we should walk out. Read some of the reviews and heave a sigh of relief that the bad reviews were mainly about their service.
Our food came and we were pleasantly surprised. The steak was tender but the vegetables were a bit overcooked. My seafood linguine was good although the pasta was a tad overcooked too. The flavours were good. Portion size was generous. Service was average but the food made up for it. I think 4/5 is a fair score to give. We would come back again.
Me and my girlfriend come for eat at Billy’s lounge Doncaster for the first time in Australia but the food and the coffee taste and look amazing I tried the velvet latte was very excellent.
I don’t know why people complain about, I think these people have a bad day before coming or have nothing to do but for me, I love it and I go back next time.
This is my go-to for eating out. Great, classic menu and every item on their is delicious. There’s something for everyone and I’ve never walked away feeling unsatisfied. Always a pleasure to eat here!
My favourite cafe in Doncaster! Wont go anywhere else. Such a great atmosphere, friendly staff and the best coffee!! Been coming since the day they opened and its always consistently good food and service. The decor is very lovely, great fresh vibes. A hidden gem!!
Oops, only 2.4/5 this cafe? I don't think it is that bad. I would like to give 3.5/5. Although different waiters ask same thing again, like "what do you want to drink " without check the order machine ( I already ordered some coffees), overall, foods and drinks are on average. And take away coffee is hot enough.
Beatiful place, very nice atmosphere. Don't sit at a table that has not yet been cleared or it will be assumed you are finnished. That was my first experience, but I did enjoy this place very much.
I had their acai bowl & my partner had the smashed avocado breakfast. Both coffee's were very good, staff were very polite. And the place has a really great ambience.

I went shopping with my Dad today. When I go shopping with Dad we normally stop somewhere for a coffee for him and tea for me. I wanted to go somewhere that wasn’t smack bang in the middle of a thoroughfare so when we walked past Billy’s Lounge I said “we’re going here”. The booths all had reserved signs but the people working here said we could sit there.
I ordered the lemongrass and ginger tea and Dad ordered the cappuccino. My tea came in a cute little teabag and the lemongrass and ginger were cut into tiny pieces. Dad enjoyed his coffee. We also ordered an orange and poppyseed muffin to share. We had the muffin heated up. I couldn’t taste enough of the orange flavour in the muffin but I do have a cold 🤧 which is affecting my tastebuds. Dad said he could taste the orange.
This cafe is a nice heaven from the hustle and bustle of Shoppo but it might be busy on the weekends. The people working here were very friendly. I would come back here for another tea and cake and hopefully I’ll be able to taste it hahahaha. I don’t think I’ll come here for breakfast or lunch because the menu doesn’t look exciting.
What a cute and chic addition to Westfield! Nestled in the corner next to Myer (L2) it's an escape away from the noise of the food court and perfect for brunch. Had the Moroccan chicken skewers (perfect starter if you're feeling a little peckish) and my friend had the beef burger with chips - said it was one of the most flavourful burgers he has had in a long time. Pricing is reasonable and service was good.
A cafe Westfield was in need of! Exceptional coffee and quick meals! There was a multitude of friendly and attentive staff. My new favourite place to rest while shopping!
Customer service is more important than the quality of food for me and it was fantastic here. I ordered a matcha latte and it wasn't as sweet as I expected but I guess that's the healthy way! It must have been straight matcha powder, which doesn't contain sugar. Food is prepared at a reasonable time and I wasn't even able to finish my pumpkin risotto but it was delicious.
Took my two sons for late lunch and was very impressed with service, food & comfort.
My little son said " the bacon was delicious, very tasty. "
I had the rocket & pear salad , very tasty. Just the right amount of dressing.
My older son had a bowl of chips, they where yummy, nicest lve tasted in awhile.
My only issue is the hot chocolate didnt come in a mug, l didnt realise l had to ask for it.
Will go back there again.
Fairly brisk business seen here after on a few occasions. They do have a good seating capacity in and out within the mall open area. It's location is at the opposite end of the same foodcourt level, just within the mall next to Myers.
From the previous reviews here, I do find they have taken customer feedback to task, a few examples were, attended to and timely welcoming service, good quality brewed coffee, clear signages for self service for 4, (yes 4) water stations, asked to help clear empty plates, food arrives with 15 mins and kids given colouring sheet and pencils whilst waiting.
They are not perfect but it passes mall meals expectations with cushy clean contemporary environment, appropriate music, good open kitchen and cafe bar concept, experience here was relaxed and enjoyable.

This is the best cafe/restaurant I have been to in a long time. The food is exquisite and well priced, the coffee is professionally made and is also well priced and the staff act in a friendly, organised and professional manner, it is located away from the food court and has a really nice peaceful vibe about it. I would recommend this place whether it's just for a coffee, breakfast, lunch or dinner. You will be satisfied every time, just as I have been.

Super impressed by this great cafe! Love the setup, so open and inviting and the place seems super clean! Staff are friendly and service is fast and efficient! Most importantly the food not only looks ace, but tastes fresh and is cooked to perfection. The prawns and scallops in my seafood linguine were especially good! Very impressed! A+

Had the crispy skinned salmon and I have to say it's the best grilled salmon I have ever had. You could choose how well it's cooked too. Coffee was great! It's a cafe that Westfield Doncaster has long needed.
Super clean and tidy. I love that. The open kitchen inspires confidence in hygiene too. The coffee was quite weak. We didn't have any food, but it looked good.
Excellent cafe! Had walked past here a couple of times and really liked the decor, and finally got around to trying it and was not at all disappointed.
The cafe itself is clean, tidy with a modern interior with booth seating to one side. The staff are friendly, professional and efficient.
I had the spiced Moroccan chicken with potato hash and it was delicious. The chicken was done to near perfection and the Moroccan flavouring was excellent. The coffee was very nicely made too and the food presented really nicely.
Will definitely be back!
